I have not had any problems with Dynasend but more so with understanding how our version of windows and outlook may interfere with our signatures.

He works with us to create and arrange signature logos where they look professional and can make any changes we need updated very quickly. The signatures are automated so it saves us time not having to update ourselves. I highly recommend them for your signature needs for both computer and smart phone.

Our company has used Dynasend for 9 years. What I like most is the immediate response to anything we need regarding updating or changing our signatures, or basically with any help we need.

We've used Dynasend for years across several versions of the product. The current O365 integration makes it really easy for us to enforce consistent brand guidelines in our organization. Issues are few and far between and when/if we have them, they get resolved faster than issues at any of our other vendors.

Pros

Dynasend responds incredibly quickly to questions, feature requests, and troubleshooting issues

Cons

Some edits feel like they should be self-service but require opening up a ticket for changes. That said, those tickets are handled extremely quickly
