Pros: We wanted to have a system that would allow us to more effectively manage all our maintenance plans. KMR gives us quick access to centralised and organised information. Basically, it's a tool that makes information available in one click. As the members of our department are often out on the ground, the mobility feature offers us access to information at all times, on premises and anywhere we have internet, whether using a computer, tablet or smartphone.

For now, only the work requests and preventive actions modules are being used. All preventive maintenance operations are entered into the system. Requests are converted into work orders, which are immediately routed to the person in charge of carrying out maintenance. The maintenance operation sheet has all necessary information and contains details on how the maintenance was carried out tracking the maintenance process from beginning to the end.

Cons: The QR Code scanning feature for the moment is using a third party app that needs to be installed additionally. We were told that for the next KMR update the QR Code scanning will be natively integrated in the software. The next update should be launched at the end of the year.

Overall: The system was configured according to our type of business, and around 50 people have been trained, including managers. Also we received support to add in the system all our equipments, parts and documentation.
