And, importantly, the Workful staff is friendly and a joy to work with. Cons I really have no complaints! I am very happy. Pros The ease of it. But most importantly the staff. Every one of the rep team. They worked with me and never made me feel bad about a question. Their expertise is unbeatable. And let me tell you if they don't know the answer they will find it. Cons Nothing. Oh The State processing stuff but rep says you guys are working on that. Reasons for choosing Workful It was the first one I came across from an accountant friend. I have no desire to look further. My employee tracking is in the same software and everything syncs perfectly so I don't have to think about it or compute numbers. Pros Workful makes it easy to quickly take care of the chore of doing tax filing and paperwork and lets me get back to work. It computes all of my numbers for me, and creates the forms needed to file which saves me a huge amount of time compared to my old way of doing things. It's a one stop shop for time clock tracking and payroll. Cons I'm happy with the software- it does everything that I need it to do.
