It syncs with Buildium as well. Pros It's a game changer for scheduling and coordinating showings with prospective renters. It automates a lot and saves time. We use it daily. Makes showing house so much easier. We do not have to go to each property when a prospective applicant wants to see it or if a vendor needs to enter the property. Pros Easy to use and very convenient. Makes showing very easy and stress free. Coinvent way to show multiple houses to multiple applicants Cons Trouble with it reading location settings on phones when prospective applicants try to view the property. Can be a little confusing to them or they are unable to get the box to read that their location is turned on. We used to get calls of prospects getting scammmed all the time and there was nothing we could do about it. Pros Tenant Turner has much better lockboxes than they had before and it has cut or scamming down by approximately 90%. Cons Tenant Turner isnot user friendly to set up appointments to view property while tenants are still occupying the home. I'd like to be able to let the tenant still living in the home to log on and set things up since it's their schedule and we are doing them a favor on listing the prop early. We have grown our signed leases from 7 leases a month (in a good month) to 56 signed leases in one month by building our leasing process off of Tenant Turner. We have only added one additional remote team member 32 hours a week. We also use LeadSimple and that has helped. I wish there were a tad more customizations on work-flow and custom URL filters for us because we are a tech-savvy company, but I look forward to the continued software development TT will do to allow this. Pros The automations of it all. We have grown our signed leases from 7 leases a month (in a good month) to 56 signed leases in one month by building our leasing process off of Tenant Turner. We have only added one additional remote team member 32 hours a week. We also use LeadSimple and that has helped. Cons The ability to customize work-flows and integrations to customize URLs for specific properties. As of now, you can only embed code for filtered properties. We manage a TON of properties, so we would love an abillity to filter URLs rather than code and have some more customization with TT in general with workflows.
