Whenever I have a query I can contact support via chat or email and the response time is fantastic and support are very helpful. Cons In the past there have been problems where I have gone to buy the next months citations ad the previous campaign are still ongoing and I have missed a months worth of links however that has not happen recently. Pros The features I like best are the Reputation Manager (helping us get more client reviews) and the Citation Tracker. We've only been with BrightLocal for about a month, so I'm looking forward to becoming more familiar with the other features. Cons I don't often have questions, but when I do, it would be helpful if the chat feature were more readily available. Reason for choosing BrightLocal BrightLocal offered a better value. " November 3, 2021 5.0 Pros The NAP citation building by BrightLocal is by far the best of any company I used. It quickly became apparent that I made the right decision of canceling my Yext subscription and switching over to BrightLocal. I am a repeat customer and a delighted one at that. They are affordable and worth it! Cons The interface could use a little bit of a cosmetic upgrade. Every single person I've dealt with at Bright Local has been a joy to work with and you just feel like they're super invested in your success. Pros Bright local gives you so much good data when it comes to local SEO and the citation builder is probably the best thing that's ever happened in my life. It's shaved HOURS off of my workload. Cons I honestly haven't found much. I'd say the only thing I've run into is just some confusing UI stuff with the platform. In a couple spots it's a little confusing, but it's a very minor problem. Cons Sometimes the quality assurance phase of a campaign can take a while to be completed before you can submit other citations.
