When a problem arised, the angry customer would let us know. We had perfect control for in-house activities, and zero control for field activities. This system was adapted to the particularities of our business and integrated with our IT in no time, and now we have perfect control of all our deliveries, with digital PoD uploaded instantly to our systems, Pros Real time information about the status of each delivery, directly from driver's smartphones. Cons You should be careful with communication to subcontractors. In the first respones, they can offer high change resistance if you don't tell them the advantages of using third-party software for both parts to demonstrate that work is done. Reasons for choosing Work&Track Mobile It was the only one with the adaptation possibilities that we need. We have some particular business processes, that do not fit standard systems, but Work&Track Mobile allowed to define them easily.
