Finally found a case note system that just works. Been using Notehouse for a while now and it's simple, clean, and doesn't try to do too much. If you're a social worker, case manager, or therapist juggling a ton of clients, this is worth a look. Setup is quick, the tagging system is useful, and customer support is actually responsive which is rare these days.

Pros

It's genuinely just... easy? Like I was up and running within an hour which I was not expecting. I have about 40-something clients I manage and keeping track of notes and follow-ups used to be a whole thing. Now it's pretty much fine. The tagging system is lowkey underrated, I use it constantly to pull specific groups. Also reached out once about a login issue and someone actually got back to me same day which was nice.

Cons

The search could use some work, especially when you're trying to dig through older notes. Sometimes it feels like you have to already know what you're looking for. Also a few of my coworkers struggled a bit when they first joined, the help docs are kind of bare. Nothing dealbreaking but could be smoother.

We were using UpNote for a while but it started feeling more like a personal note-taking app than something built for managing clients. It worked fine for individual use but once our team started growing it just couldn't keep up with what we needed, there was no real way to organize notes by client, track interactions, or pull lists for specific groups. It felt like we were constantly working around the tool rather than with it. Notehouse was just built differently, more focused on exactly the kind of case management work we actually do, so the switch made a lot of sense for us.

It does exactly what it's supposed to do. It's reliable, easy to learn, reasonably priced, and helps keep client information organized without adding unnecessary complexity. For organizations that need a straightforward case note and record management solution, it's definitely worth considering.

Pros

Notehouse has been a solid fit for our team because it focuses on what we actually need instead of packing in a bunch of features we'll never use. Keeping track of client notes, interactions, and records is straightforward, and the interface is easy enough that most people can pick it up without much trouble. One thing I appreciate is that it doesn't feel overwhelming. Everything is organized in a way that makes sense, and finding the information I need is usually pretty quick. For smaller organizations or growing teams, it offers a good balance between functionality and affordability.

Cons

The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that searching through larger amounts of data can sometimes be a little clunky. There have also been a few moments where onboarding new team members took longer than expected because the built-in help resources are somewhat limited.

Notehouse is good for what it's meant for, working with client interactions and planning activities for a medium sized team like ours. It does its job well with records without being overloaded with features that we don't need. There is room for improvement, but it's already in place and is just fine for the time being, particularly with respect to search and onboarding resources. All in all, it's a decent solution which makes sense without being too complicated for our developing company.

Pros

Notehouse's ability to help find and manage client notes and health records is something that's very important to us in our business. These records are accessible for us to use in planning personalized activities, which saves our time. When everyone is working on a lot of things, it's important that the interface be simple enough for our staff to master without having to be taught. Since we are a smaller organization, it is fairly priced as well.

Cons

When there's plenty of client data to search, the search functionality seems restrictive, and retrieving specific notes is somewhat less efficient. Also, it takes longer to get new team members to use the platform than I expected. It could use better help resources within the system to speed up learning. Security settings work and may be more flexible to cater for evolving team member roles.

Notehouse is a great, simple tool that does exactly what I need it to do. It has been my go-to for clinical notes for a long time now.

Pros

I have used Notehouse for 2 years and it has been a consistently reliable tool for keeping my notes organized.

Cons

The searches should be auto saved until it is reset, but it's not that much of a concern because overall it's good enought.

Our organization has been using this system for years. It is a cost-effective, easy-to-use solution for agencies that primarily need case notes without unnecessary features or added complexity.

Pros

Great value for the money, easy to use, reliable, and perfect for everyday needs esepcialyy for smaller organizations.

Cons

The printing function works, but it is not easily accessible and can be difficult to figure out. Adding a simple, easy-to-find print button for notes would be great, especially since we are required to keep both electronic and paper copies.

We do like the new format and the ease of use. They continue to be very attentive to issues that come up and assist in a timely manner.

It’s also cost‑effective, offering solid value without sacrificing quality or functionality. One of the biggest strengths of Notehouse is their customer support. It's been great. The customer service is fairly quick to respond. I do wish there was a chat feature or a number to call when there are access emergencies.

Pros

I like how simple it is, it's user-friendly. We have a small team, so it has been beneficial to keep us organized while we grow our case management program.

Cons

I have had team members comment on how there are some features missing to help better organize case management. It would be nice if there were a space for goals to be input/ tracked, and a separate space for daily case notes.

my overall experience is very nice and i satisfied and i like i have become organized which make my life efficient.

Pros

Notehouse is easy to use and well organized. It helps keep notes and information in one place. The platform supports better productivity and organization.

Cons

Some features are limited without a paid plan. The interface can feel basic at times. Occasional syncing or performance issues may occur.
