Notehouse is a great, simple tool that does exactly what I need it to do. It has been my go-to for clinical notes for a long time now.

Pros

I have used Notehouse for 2 years and it has been a consistently reliable tool for keeping my notes organized.

Cons

The searches should be auto saved until it is reset, but it's not that much of a concern because overall it's good enought.

Our organization has been using this system for years. It is a cost-effective, easy-to-use solution for agencies that primarily need case notes without unnecessary features or added complexity.

Pros

Great value for the money, easy to use, reliable, and perfect for everyday needs esepcialyy for smaller organizations.

Cons

The printing function works, but it is not easily accessible and can be difficult to figure out. Adding a simple, easy-to-find print button for notes would be great, especially since we are required to keep both electronic and paper copies.

Pros

We do like the new format and the ease of use. They continue to be very attentive to issues that come up and assist in a timely manner.

Cons

The rollout to the new look wasn't thoroughly communicated to us so there were a few glitches in changing over.

Notehouse has been an outstanding tool for my position as a Police Social Worker. The platform is incredibly user‑friendly, making it easy to organize notes, track interactions, and stay on top of important information without feeling overwhelmed. It’s also cost‑effective, offering solid value without sacrificing quality or functionality. One of the biggest strengths of Notehouse is their customer support. On the few occasions I've run into questions or minor issues, the Notehouse team has been quick to respond and even quicker to provide a helpful solution. Their communication is clear, prompt, and genuinely focused on making sure users have what they need. Overall, Notehouse has been a reliable, intuitive, and supportive partner in my workflow. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a streamlined note‑taking system with excellent customer service.

It is user friendly, cost effective, and anytime there has been an issue, they are very good at communicating a quick and good solution. The customer service and support is also great!

It's been great. The customer service is fairly quick to respond. I do wish there was a chat feature or a number to call when there are access emergencies.

Pros

I like how simple it is, it's user-friendly. We have a small team, so it has been beneficial to keep us organized while we grow our case management program.

Cons

I have had team members comment on how there are some features missing to help better organize case management. It would be nice if there were a space for goals to be input/ tracked, and a separate space for daily case notes.

my overall experience is very nice and i satisfied and i like i have become organized which make my life efficient.

Pros

Notehouse is easy to use and well organized. It helps keep notes and information in one place. The platform supports better productivity and organization.

Cons

Some features are limited without a paid plan. The interface can feel basic at times. Occasional syncing or performance issues may occur.

We are a small regional nonprofit serving the homeless population with prevention. We use Notehouse to track intake information, needed documents, and outcomes.

Pros

It's simple, but user-friendly. Using it doesn't interfere with the work. You can make changes as your work evolves and create reports easily to capture the data you need. There is a minimal learning curve, and it is economical for a tiny nonprofit like it.

Cons

I would like it to be slightly more customizable, but otherwise, it's great. Adding some customizable fields would make it perfect.

Overall Notehouse was exactly what we needed and enabled our organization to grow to function well. We are extremely please with our overall experience and the customer service helpfulness and timely communication with us.

Pros

It served exactly what we needed. Very user friendly, not complicated system that provided documentation and information storage necessary. Notehouse stored crucial and detailed client information and records that were easily accessible and retrievable.

Cons

That we outgrew it.. just need additional tools due to our organizations growth. I liked everything Notehouse provided for us.
