Pros

There are several things: Affordability, ease of use as well as great responsive customer support.

Cons

I wish there were more flexible filters for exporting or searching via case managers, export via tags, etc.

While Notehouse has had the occasional glitch, overall the product is great and the team behind it is very friendly with quality, timely service. I highly recommend it!

Pros

Notehouse is very easy to use and user friendly. I love the accessibility and functionality of it.

Cons

There are occasions where load times are slower, but after waiting a few seconds it loads with no problems.

The product is good. We needed simple and clear without clutter and that is what this is . The price is right.

Pros

I can list all my clients with tags so I can easily find people who fall into a certain category. It is very easy to set up and use.

Cons

There is no ability to change the default setting to "all clients" . So although I need to see everyone as the lead coordinator, I have to click around t make that happen. Also when you pull a selection and then choose a client, you cannot go "back" to your search. You will have to start your search over.

Reason for choosing Notehouse

Simplicity and cost.

### "Good enough for the price"

This program is good enough for the cost.

Pros

It is a basic hippaa protected program. The price is right for what it is.

Cons

You cannot edit note in large view...it only goes to small window which is harder to work from. Once a client closed, you lose that information completely. There is no way to organized active vs inactive clients, you have to keep them all open in order to not lose details of notes with inactive cases.

### "Great for the people business"

Pros

It is so simple to use. The tagging system helps you search and find easily. It’s easy to input and go back and edit. It’s just not complicated.

Cons

I would like to know how to run reports on it so that I could teach numbers of appointments etc. When it’s loading slowly it’s difficult to tell if anything is happening or not - could do with seeing a bar loading or something.

Reason for choosing Notehouse

Notehouse was about people and gave a simple method for recording appointments and activities. I like the scrolling option where you can see all interactions by scrolling down the page.

Pros

I love the layout of the program! So easy to use and is adaptable for our specific needs! Such an excellent addition to our program.

Cons

I wish there were a few more features, specifically the ability to share a caseload and easier client search features. Every time I select all it will allow me to see the entire caseload but once I select a client, it automatically reverts back to my individual caseload. This extra step can add to the work flow.

Pros

The interface is really user friendly and intuitive. I have my own system of taking notes - usually via Google Docs but other times on my phone or on paper if I'm in a rush. NoteHouse basically intuits my process and makes it easy to not just take notes but to organize them and share them if needed.

Cons

Would love to see more features as the product grows. The first iteration is great for what it is - hopefully there will be tools built out around greater real-time collaboration.

Pros

The software is intuitive and covers all the bases for us. Also, the customer support is incredible. They are super responsive and roll out updates and fix bugs literally in the same day. Super impressive! I definitely will recommend to friends/colleagues. Keep up the great work!

Cons

I really like it, honestly. One thing I do wish there was is a spot in the demographic information to add Social Security Numbers. This would help out. Although, I think it is likely this will be rolled out in a future version anyway so its really not even a con.

Love the tag feature and ease of access.

Cons

I wish there was a way to allow shared access but limit what people see (I.E. Shared team members don't see my personal notes or progress notes, but can see the overview/FYI section). Also wish there were two sections for notes (one for academic progress notes, and one for counseling) that can be edited by shared team members.

Pros

We do like the new format and the ease of use. They continue to be very attentive to issues that come up and assist in a timely manner.

Cons

The rollout to the new look wasn't thoroughly communicated to us so there were a few glitches in changing over.

The overall experience has bee great. I am able to tack student progress while maintaing a birds eyeview of my caseload.

Pros

What I like most about the software is how user-friendly the features are. There is just so much complexity in making this happen that I appreciate, so thank you!

Cons

I can't speak to what might be missing because I just started using the service. Maybe in time I can provide more of a concrete feedback.

Pros

I like that the software is simple and fairly user friendly.

Cons

Perhaps it's a little too simple for therapeutic practice. I wouldn't recommend it unless you have your own paperwork and/or are a more experienced therapist. If you are just starting out, know that there are no existing therapy templates for documentation to help you make sure you have all your bases covered. Also, you would have to store your own templates elsewhere and then copy them in each time you wanted to complete a document such as a progress note, assessment or treatment plan. However, you can't beat the price, so if you're trying to keep cost low, maybe that's worth it to you?

Pros

The layout, and the ease of entering notes on there. Being able to add attachments is also great. Very easy to read and navigate. Can change and edit dates which is very important. Can export informarion.

Cons

I think the "date added" should be the date put on the first notes, as sometimes we fill in notes a bit later on. Also, the speech to text feature is a bit off. Definitely have to go back to edit afterwards. I feel like the second name should not be mandatory as it looks weird, and not all clients want to give their last names.

I love how easy it is to get started with Notehouse without all the overhead usually needed to get started with a CRM. Its simple user experience is no accident: sometimes, less is more.

Cons

It would be great to import my contacts from another app or spreadsheet, rather than adding them manually. But the app is great even without this feature!

I love that this product is around and easily accessible through the Internet. I can go on my phone and keep tabs on who I need to meet and when.

Pros

I love the fact that I am able to plug in dates and schedules with meeting others, especially when it is part of volunteering in certain organizations (this usually does not entail software with pertinent information that you are able to access as in workplaces). This tool is straightforward and not full of fluff, which allows one to get straight to the point of managing and organizing clients and dates.

Cons

The site tends to glitch a bit. It's taken me more than one try just to log into my account. This can be an issue on my end, perhaps. However, I've only noticed this when I log in to Notehouse.

So far, Notehouse has been great for our small nonprofit. We have 3-4 active case managers on site and some of our clients overlap. With this software, we have been able to quickly share and update information in an organized way.

Pros

I like the accessibility and easy-to-use portal that Notehouse offers. Anyone with minimal computer skills can learn to how effectively navigate the software. The software comes at a great affordable price.

Cons

Notehouse does not allow users to add pictures in the notes or hyperlinks to maps in the "General Information" section for the clients
