Pros Its ease of use and how it helps distribute posting and seamlessly keep track of applicants. Cons I would appreciate more screening options to avoid too many bad applications. We are satisfied. Pros Its easy to use, nice design and great features. We especially appreciate the automatic booking feature and the great price. Cons Its still a new platform, obviously there is minor errors here and there. But the Elvium team is very quick to fix these issues. The only thing we miss when using Elvium is the opportunity to test the candidates.
