We switched to LiveSession and loved it instantly! Customer service is always there to help if you need anything, and the tool itself is very nice too.

Pros

Intuitive, friendly, easy to understand. Nothing wrong with the app!

Cons

I didn't find any downside so far. Looks clean enough.
