Pros: Simple to use, great integration with Salesforce

Cons: not much really, generally a very good experience

Overall: Simple to start up and easy to scale as we add more users

Pros: Great tool.

Easy to use. Makes it easy to build customer maps in Salesforce. The tool is helpful in customer alignment. Working for a large enterprise software company, this tool is a must-have.

I can definitely recommend.

Cons: Not much to say here. Really nothing. Very useful. The relationships map I like most.
