Their web-based reporting tools allow us to organize and distribute our SEO data in both a visually appealing and intuitive manner. We've found their pricing for services to be fair as well, which is something that any business can appreciate. In short, it's hard to beat the reliable performance of DataForSEO! Pros As a professional marketer, I found DataForSEO to be invaluable. The software allowed me to access incredibly detailed, real-time data with ease and quickly make decisions that drove my business in the right direction. Its user-friendlyInterface kept me engaged while I worked, which made my job easier and more efficient. Additionally, its affordability gave me the flexibility to get greater insights at a lower cost than other very expensive alternatives. In conclusion, DataForSEO 's accuracy, ease of use and reasonable pricing are some of the reasons why I enjoyed using the software. Cons Overall, DataForSEO software provided satisfactory results for my needs. However, what I liked least was the lack of customer service and technical support. There were several occasions where I had difficulty navigating the system or executing a specific task, but there was no means of having an expert answer any questions I had about the features or how to use them. Additionally, customer service was not great when it came to resolving issues from past usage; in these cases I had to manually seek out the solution online rather than interrogate trained professionals in the field. It's easy to set up and the data it provides is always accurate and reliable. In addition, the customer service is top-notch with quick responses and helpful troubleshooting tips whenever we had any issues. All in all, I would highly recommend using DataForSEO if you're looking for an API suite to help with your SEO projects. Pros I was impressed by how quickly DataForSEO was able to deliver the SEO data I needed. With just a few clicks, I was able to get access to the Rank tracking API, SERP API, Google keyword planner API and On-page APIs. This saved me a lot of time and stress as I could focus my efforts on other aspects of my SEO project. Overall, it's an incredibly useful software that makes collecting SEO data much easier and more efficient. Cons The most difficult thing about DataForSEO is finding the right documents and tutorials to help you get started. Although the software has all of the features one might need, it can be quite challenging to figure out how they all work together. Also, the price can be hefty depending on your needs. December 14, 2020 5.0 We are using DataForSEO in our many analysis. Mostly, we are happy with the performance - but the most likable part of DataForSEO is their amazing support. As the API deployment is a case where you need to work with the creators of API to understand the logic, you need to have an agile support. Their support agent are not just the people who redirects issues to product team, they also inivites devs to Intercom chats to fix your problem in a faster way. Pros As a creator of SEO software, we are using DataForSEO in our daily routine for different cases. To make it more cost effective, they have different types of services (live/queue/slow queue) - they are adding new services every quarter. I'm very excited for backlink index. Cons Their pricing module was quite complex in the previous API version (v2) but they have fixed the problem by following v3 API. The only parameter is the credit that we pay for. They also have nice and complete documentation which is very helpful on the testing and integration stages. Cons Sometimes their website is too slowly which is a bit annoying. The keyword research tools have a great deal in part of my business and are very helpful. The software also has keyword rank tracking which is also a great feature. February 1, 2019 5.0 Other companies seem to maintain a static database so data is limited. DataForSEO seems to be able to get real-time data. Pros We like that the data seems to come directly from AdWords API. Coverage is great. Keywords that are unavailable in other static databases can return results when it comes to DataForSEO. It almost feels like we were calling AdWords API directly. Quality is well worth the price. Thanks! Cons Even though there are documentation on line, the web page is a bit sluggish and slow. Also, there is a lack of documentation when it comes to simply making a CURL call to the REST API. We didn't want to use the libraries/clients provided.
