Has some limitations but it's simple and effective as is. Also any time I've had a request, like adding our company's font, or duplicating a handbook (to save time me creating another similar one from scratch) customer support has been super helpful. Pros Love the concept of handbooks/info being online and updated centrally. It's also quick, easy and looks impressive. Cons Certain aspects aren't inuative, but once you get the hang of it it's ok. October 30, 2024 5.0 AirMason has been one of the easiest platforms to work with and the team is incredible. I've already recommended AirMason to several colleagues and will bring it with me anywhere I go. It truly changes the game and provides HR teams with an updated and fun way to deliver policies, and employees love the easy-to-navigate, engaging format. Pros AirMason completely redefines the employee handbook experience and helped us deliver a visually stunning handbook that strikes the perfect balance between quick-hitting, high-level info that's easy to navigate, and more in-depth policy language. The support from the AirMason team is unmatched, and we've extended our use of the platform beyond employee handbooks to Sales Incentive Compensation plans and even event-specific 'handbooks'. The cost of the platform is so minimal for the value it brings, and the fact that you can create an unlimited amount of documents without paying additional keeps us going back to "what else can we use this for?" Cons Truly the only 'issue' I've had with the platform is the fact that you can't make cosmetic or other minor edits without creating a new version of the handbook. So for example, if my original handbook is version 1.0 and that's what an employee signed, and then I make a very slight edit to a couple words here or there or update a photo, when I publish those changes it becomes the current version labeled 1.1. Early on we didn't realize that and we would make minor updates as needed and before we knew it we were up to version 1.12 and we hadn't made any substantive changes to the policies. August 23, 2021 5.0 We were using UKG for policy acknowledgement but it was kludgy and not as configurable as we needed. AirMason has been easy to use, it is simple to create, launch and edit policies, and fully meets our needs when it comes to producing supporting documentation for SOC audits. Pros AirMason is a great solution to house your policies and track acknowledgements. Once you "get the hang of it", creating and maintaining policies is a piece of cake! Cons The integration with UKG has not gone as smoothly as we would like....but the AirMason team has been on top of it. Review Source DS Daisha S. The team provided white glove customer service, super flexible, patient, and extremely responsive 24/7. Pros The AirMason tool is extremely user-friendly as a user and also as an administrator. It gives an engaging feel for users through its creative features and capabilities. It also provides a seamless experience regarding policy updates, whereas policies and procedures are often revised. It's been terrific getting to create and deploy our handbook. Pros I love that this product makes people want to read our handbook. Employees are constantly referring back to things they read and asking insightful questions about the policies they encounter. Cons Adding employees is sometimes a pretty manual process but I have found it very easy to get in touch with customer support for help uploading. Review Source NB Nick B. The setup and customer support were great. SSO setup was also a breeze. This tool allowed us to elevate a typically boring handbook and helped to capture our company culture. It's helped make a great first impression for new hires. Cons The only thing I wish this offered was an easy export option to download our handbook in PDF. We prefer to make track changes offline in PDF and then upload in the system. We have to reach out to support to get a PDF version vs. a self-service option. It provides unlimited documents and ability to edit content year round within a simple editing tool. Sharing with our employees through a custom employee portal that is always accessible. Airmason takes the daunting piece of handbooks and turns it into something fun. Cons No cons yet! We are happy. If I had to be knit picky, the only con is if a video is uploaded, the handbook does automatically load that page in the handbook first. Review Source DB Darren B. Pros It's a great tool to enable greater communication across the organisation and the platform really allows you to bring your brand to life - it's visually appealing, interactive and a go-to for all people policies, processes and updates like company goals. I am so excited to see the final product once they finish it and I know with the help of the AirMason team I know it will really be something special. Pros I love the motivated employees who are always ready to help. Also, I love the abilities for design, accessibility, tracking that will really be helpful for our organization. Cons Some design features I think can be improved or follow a more common style like Word has with being able to move images around on your own, more text style and size options, tables,/graphs, etc. to really improve the uniqueness of one companies book to another. April 16, 2020 4.0 Very helpful customer service representatives. Overall an intuitive interface experience. Pros #1 - Visually compelling and completely customizable guidebook solution. #2 - Understood to easily gather compliance verifications of EE review. #3 - Easily edited to include changes in law and policy. Cons #1 - Aligning heading titles and spacing is not intuitive. #2 - Consider partnering with photo art website (top pick is Unsplash) so that one need not have to go to that portal, download, resize, and upload into AirMason. #3 - Consider creation of an in app folder to hold all such previously uploaded photoart (so if accidentially deleted, or needed seasonally, one need not have to house such images on one's personal desktop for retrieval.) #4 - Provide integrated prompt for read-aloud trigger so that visually impaired EE's can have the guidebook read and or searched based on voice prompt/key stroke commands. The signature feature allows you to easily track team member completion, if required. Cons Only that it didn't come with a user guide - that may help administrators do more within the platform more quickly!
