Have been using it for several years. Pros Ease of use to be able to control the different playlists. Love using it to display important announcements but also photo slide shows, videos, daily schedule, etc. Cons Cannot control from my phone- would love an app that it easy to use so I don't always have to trouble shoot from a computer. February 28, 2025 5.0 Great, everyone is really nice and easy to work with and any questions I have are always taken seriously. Pros It's really easy to upload and schedule content. The scheduling part is probably my favorite - it really helps with planning. We use it primarily as an announcement board for our customers, so we always want to be timely. Cons It's hard to troubleshoot issues sometimes when it occasionally just stops working, but staff have always been incredibly helpful. It has multiple uses that makes it so much easier and more cost effective to use. Pros Telemetry makes its so simple to display Key metrics to our associates on the floor. This enables them to make critical decisions to ensure our products flows at the correct rate. It also is the best way to display any news to our associates that they would need to know without having 1 on 1's. Cons Con would be that I can not display the full screen of goggle sheets. I can have multiple people help me with uploading content. I was told by our IT people that this was not possible, but in reality it was. Pros Easy to learn, easy to setup. Was able to use off the shelf TV from Best Buy, I like that I can change the content from my office even, with locations that are across town. Cons Waiting to get everything setup. It is flexible and reliable while still being easy to use Pros Telemetry gives me great flexibility right out of the box. I can run templates or customise my own slides. Easy to use, quick to set up. Cons Working in a web GUI can sometimes be a bit limiting. The native app fixes this problem so maybe consider that for more complex templates. Pros Excellent interface; the system is very easy to set up, and the edge players (the MeLe devices) are small, rugged and work well. Cons Group updating is difficult; direct Ansible access is not available yet. Very responsive! We use Telemetry for many dozens of devices across our company, at dozens of locations. Each location has Telemetry users who keep their screens updated with site-relevant content, while at the same time Corporate is able to push the corporate messaging out as well. All the devices are managed centrally on Google admin, so our IT group is push out uniform policies, and patches automatically stay up to date. Pros It's all about the software; so easy to use, lots of features and apps, and our users are able to instantly update their screens with no deployment headaches. Cons Setting permissions across all the user groups, apps, playlists, and devices is a bit tricky. Complex websites will not preview well in the web app. Review Source RD Ricardo D. Cons I wish the slide expiration wasn't hidden behind a paywall. Easy to learn, affordable, flexible. The ability to have multiple users takes the load off of just one person. That it's cloud-based means I don't have to be at the facility to make changes. Pros You do not have to purchase their hardware. It is very flexible. We use a Fire Stick, so it was a very affordable option for us as a church. It has a fairly intuitive interface. It was easy to install and set up. I can control what is playing on all of our TVs from home and change it on the fly. It's been a great option for us. Currently, I am using a Chromecast with Google TV, which is very inexpensive, and it works amazingly well. Pros is an easy way for me to get information to my customers, such as upcoming events, pricing, and general notices. I am also able to tie into my Google calendar and present when rooms are busy so that other customers can see at a quick glance if there is space for them.
