Pros I find the software is more finished than many cheaper options and easy to use. Cons Sometimes I have to go looking for help, the videos are great but not every subject is covered in enough detail. For holidays, I would like to be able to link a streaming service to play movies. May 6, 2021 5.0 I found it really easy to use, and I love how it allows me to push out employee updates to all our locations. Pros I like how easy the software was to learn and all the templates they offer. Our residents and employees love viewing important information, covid updates, news and more on the screens throughout the day. Pros After days of researching digital signage software companies. I choose Telemetry. The reasons I chose them were they were not the most expensive, they had excellent customer service and the overall adaptability of other players that can be used. The Software takes some time to understand. I am still in the testing stages but I got my hardware today and was easy able to set it up. The customer service had been responsive to all my questions. There are many options to choose form, but I am happy i am using Cons learning the software. I am able to update current screens and add new screens efficiently. There are different options for apps and media which gives the user the ability to create unique screens to engage their audience. I have enjoyed creating engaging posters, reminders and weekly menus for our students and staff to view as they wander the halls. Cons We are currently using the free version, so we do not have all the features. We are also limited to one device. One feature I would like Telemetry to improve is their social media options. As a school, we post often to our social media platforms. Unfortunately, only allows Twitter to link to the display, which is our least used social media platform. Review Source DM David M. Pros What I like about the software the most is its ease of use. I have used a few other software's and the learning curve can be harsh. I believe Telemetry has nailed it. Great job Cons The one con if any would be the processing time after you have uploaded a video. and to be fair it might be out of there control. April 16, 2021 5.0 We are celebrating the company's 50th Anniversary this year and we are using to share weekly prize draws and company announcements. It has replaced our monthly newsletters and has made it easier to share news and update the entire company when needed. Pros Easy to use and quick to deploy. Lots of options for creating media. Reasonably priced. Great value for the features and more features than I expected. Customer service is fantastic. Every question is answered in detail and followed up on until it's resolved. Pros Pros for me right off was the amazing customer service and they didn't hire a company out of another country to do their customers service I got to speak to real people that could answer everyone of my questions. Easy to use Software. I am very impressed with this product and the different ways it can be used. Cons Don't really have any.. Everything for me so far has been great!
