J’apprécie la facilité d’utilisation du logiciel, son interface claire et la centralisation des informations qui permettent un meilleur suivi des tâches et une meilleure organisation du travail. Je recommande ce logiciel à mes collègues.

J’apprécie particulièrement la facilité d’utilisation du logiciel, son interface claire ainsi que la centralisation des informations, qui permettent un meilleur suivi des tâches et une organisation du travail plus efficace. La traçabilité et la gestion des demandes constituent également de réels points forts. La simplicité de création des suivis de séance est particulièrement appréciable et représente également un gain de temps important au quotidien.

Cons

Les modifications trop fréquentes de l’affichage peuvent parfois demander une adaptation supplémentaire de la part des utilisateurs. Une plus grande stabilité dans l’interface permettrait de gagner en confort d’utilisation et en efficacité au quotidien.

Top! Super organisation, accompagnement excellent, support rapide et efficace!!! Et toute l'équipe est super sympathique!

Pros

La gestion des tâches permet de ne rien oublier, de s'organiser et de déléguer facilement une/des tâche(s) tout en gardant le suivi.

Cons

Les notifications peuvent être angoissantes. Il y a vite beaucoup de notifications lorsqu'une tâche évolue. Il faudrait 1 notification groupée lorsqu'une tâche est commentée, puis clôturée par exemple.

C'est vraiment facile et intuitif à utiliser. Et cela rend d'immenses services, tant aux administrateurs qu'aux utilisateurs externes.

Pros

La simplicité et l'efficacité. WeDo nous a aidés à monter de toutes pièces un processus efficace de gestion des tâches de notre nouvelle association intercommunale. Sans WeDo, nous aurions vite sombré.

Cons

Nous attendons avec impatience la reconnaissance vocale (annoncée) pour rendre la prise de PV encore plus efficace. Mais ce n'est pas vraiment un inconvénient...

Depuis que j'ai WEDO je gagne en temps et en qualité !..............................................

Pros

J’apprécie particulièrement la possibilité de regrouper les informations, d’optimiser les procès-verbaux ainsi que leur suivi. L’outil offre aussi la flexibilité de créer plusieurs groupes de travail, sans forcément avoir les mêmes participants pour chacun, tout en facilitant la gestion des membres. La création de tâches et l’ajout de commentaires associés sont également très pratiques pour assurer un bon suivi. Les vidéos explicatives (tutoriels) disponibles sur YouTube, ainsi que l’accompagnement continu, sont très appréciables et facilitent grandement la prise en main de l’outil. En résumé, c’est un véritable outil de travail qui nous permet de gagner en efficacité et en organisation.

Cons

La recherche des thématiques anciennes peut parfois être difficile et peu intuitive, ce qui complique l’accès rapide aux informations passées. Cela peut entraîner une perte de temps lorsqu’on souhaite retrouver des éléments précis ou assurer un suivi sur le long terme. L’interface peut parfois manquer de clarté, surtout pour les nouveaux utilisateurs, ce qui demande un temps d’adaptation. Je pense que la formation est obligatoire pour les nouveaux utilisateurs.

La découverte de WEDO a représenté une véritable révolution dans l'organisation de mon travail et je ne pourrais plus m'en passer maintenant.

Pros

Design agréable et prédictif. Partage de l'information, suivi des tâches, PV de séances, gestion de projet. Paramétrer selon nos besoins est facile. La simplicité de WEDO est à l'image de sa redoutable efficacité.

Cons

Dans certaines circonstances, il serait appréciable de pouvoir utiliser WEDO en mode offline. J'apprécierais la présence d'un onglet bloc-note qui permette de prendre des notes libres (hors réunion et hors tâches).

Dopo un primo momento di adattamento e pur non utilizzando la piattaforma a tempo pieno la trovo un grande aiuto nell'assolvere il nostro lavoro.

Ho trovato buona l'Accessibilità, la possibilitä di condivisione con gli altri colleghi e la possibilitä di accedere all'archivio storico

Cons

Difficoltà a recuperare allegati ad un verbale e, soprattutto, impossibilità di leggere più allegati contemporaneamente senza doverli chiudere e avere la visone del verbale.

le logiciel WEDO a vraiment changé mon quotidien. je peux me reposer sur les check listes créées , les rappels.

Pros

le suivi des tâches et des procédures est fantastique. j'apprécie aussi l'aide rapide par le chat ainsi que les webinaires.

Cons

je n'utilise pas toutes les fonctionnalités donc difficile de répondre. Cela prend du temps de faire le tour des possibilités
