### "My experience with Easypbx"

I would say easypbx is a great choice for mid size business who are looking for cost effective and feature loaded VoIP communication system

Pros

Easypbx has user friendly interface which allows me to navigate through app easily. It removes the need for traditional phone systems which reduces the communication costs. It adapts with your need and have flexible plan services.

Cons

New user may face problems while working with complex call workflow. Also the customer support is kind of slow in responding to problem.

Its so nice having a daily helper like EasyPBX. An experience like no other. Kudos! EasyPBX.

Pros

Engage with your customers effortless across all channels, through unlimited calling and HD video call and many more. They have incredible features it makes it easy to use and install. Manage customer support center operations with ease and thanks to EasyPBX.

Cons

I have never received any sort of complains from my employees.

### "My go to business system"

Pros

It was a lifesaver when our old phone system crashed. It was so easy to set up, even I could do it, and it's been rock-solid ever since.

Cons

While it is generally reliable, there have been a few minor hiccups during peak usage hours. It's a small price to pay for such a convenient system.

in general terms I am very satisfied with IPFone service, the value for money is very fair and the technology and the support service are top notch, deeply recommend IPfone as a tier1 vendor

Pros

I am impressed about the quality of the voice, comparing to other IP services, where the communication usually breaks up. and the support service match my expectations

Cons

I dont see any signifcant cons to mention, just few times I had connectivity issues, but usually have a great service level and performance

### "Great install and service"

From the call for install was less then a week and it was so easy.

Pros

The installer \[sensitive content hidden\] was ontime, smart, well dressed and knew the prodect. He installed the service without a problem and took the time to go over everything with us and set the phones up custom as wee needed them

Cons

Nothing to report about any issues or problems. All went perfect
