February 25, 2026 4.0 ExhibitDay has streamlined how we plan for events! Managing logistics for 24 trade shows was a headache in Google Sheets. We tried big name project management systems, but had to over-engineer and highly customize them to meet our needs. ExhibitDay is a perfect fit to help our small event management team work smarter and streamline planning and logistics. We recently added our in-house webinars to ExhibitDay as virtual events, further streamlining our planning process. Highly recommend for small to mid size teams managing events - you'll be glad to get rid of the spreadsheets and use ExhibitDay instead! Pros Initial setup and team onboarding is easy. Lite version offers surprisingly robust features and helped us quickly prove the value of the software. Love the user-level permission controls and the level of detail we can add to each event. Cons API features / Zapier/ custom integration with other software is not available for non-enterprise users. The layout is clean, intuitive, and perfect for keeping track of deadlines, budgets, inventory, and team assignments all in one place. What I love most is that it takes away the stress of trying to juggle spreadsheets and emails — everything I need is right here and organized. The reminders and task management features keep our team on top of upcoming events, and I really appreciate how easy it is to collaborate and share updates. It feels like the platform was created with real event managers in mind. Customer support is responsive and helpful too, which is a huge plus. If you’re looking for a tool that keeps your trade shows and events running smoothly, Exhibit Day is definitely worth using. It’s boosted our efficiency so much, and I honestly wish we had started using it sooner! It's extremely user-friendly, and the behind-the-scenes staff has been helpful and courteous. Pros ExhibitDay is extremely easy to use and allows for organization of all events in one place. Additionally, it's one spot to gather details for all staff to see, assign assets for trade shows/events and keep track of budgeting. Not to mention, travel itinerary for all. Cons It would be helpful if more notifications were able to be emailed (new additions, changes, etc.) to staff for particular events. I also think the annual cost is quite high for the lowest package. Pros Easy to use interface, clean and clear asset listings, and the integration of events and assets in one platform. The shipments, and collateral asset listings are nice features that I didn't have in the past. Cons Although there are helpful customizations for the events and asset listings, I wish there was a bit more freedom to customize some areas i.e. adding more than one custom field in the events tab. The other critique I would give is an easier way to add assets to an event. Selecting multiple at a time or at lease not having to enter the dates for every asset. It has helped streamline event planning and keep our team aligned across multiple conferences, sponsorships, and even online events. The platform is super straightforward and easy to get familiar with quickly. Pros ExhibitDay makes it much easier to keep track of conference and trade show logistics in one place. It helps our team stay organized with tasks, deadlines, shipping details, and event planning. The platform is pretty intuitive and saves time compared to managing everything in spreadsheets, team communication apps, and numerous docs and folders - which we had been doing for over a year before switching to ExhibitDay. Cons Some parts of the platform can feel a little limited or manual when managing a large number of events. Reporting and customization could be stronger in certain areas. For instance, being able to upload event lead files directly under the event instead of having to link to the leads list in the details of the event. It didn't take long to see the full version would be very helpful to help keep us organized and on top of multiple shows. Pros As a new user of the app, I was able to quickly get up to speed on the platform. The ease of use is A+. I also like that multiple people can view, add and update/complete tasks. Cons I'm sure there can be minor tweaks here and there, but I've not come across anything that jumps out. I am trying to wedge in my other events and so it is not as easy. There are a few names of the budget items I find a little odd. Overall I am enjoying ExhibitDay. Pros I like the clean design, flexibility of the order of information Cons I wish there was a way to organize an individual event's check list and information. If you purchase the higher tier you can have one event tab added, I would like to see a more flexible event tab that you could create as you need it for meetings, dinners, customer events. I currently manage over 90 events and exhibit annually. We used the free version to test the platform and have just moved to the Enterprise version with full functionality. Now everyone in the organization can check ExhibitDay as opposed to reaching out to the marketing department. It is a very handy tool and I still continue to see the advantages. Pros The total functionality of being able to keep all event related information in one platform that is easily shared with the entire organization. I am a newer member on my team and I have found it very simple to stay organized and refer to it as my one stop shop for all of my events.
