Really has helped streamline my day to day. Has helped keep myself and my team organized and on track. Pros Easy to keep all shows in order. The ability to assign tasks to individuals. Assign deadlines. Keep track of what is completed and what is still due. Have a calendar to track events. A document library to keep important documents per show. Cons Doesn't integrate well into tools that I use day to day well, i.e. Teams / outlook. Which would be nice, even if there was a desktop app, not to have to use the web all the time. It is intuitive, easy to implement, and simple for my team to adopt. The Premium tier is also very cost-effective and meets our core needs well. While I would love to see a mobile app, more customization options, stronger support, and a smoother security review process, ExhibitDay has still helped improve our organization and efficiency. Overall, it is an easy-to-use platform that delivers strong value and makes event planning more manageable. Pros I love that I finally have a one-stop shop for ALL of my planning details, and have been so excited to get this implemented to make my life so much easier. The program is so very easy and intuitive, making ramp-up very easy for myself and my team. We have the Premium level tier, which is extremely cost-effective and meets our needs effectively. Cons I do wish there were a mobile app version for my team when they are on the road. I also wish there were more customizations available, but so far, I have been able to make my needs work effectively. Customer support at the Premium tier is limited, which is not super helpful, and proving the security of the program at this level was not efficient. We have limited the data we input to avoid any personal data concerns. Pros The ease, not much of a learning curve. very easy to use, customer support is super responsive and helpful! Cons I'm still learning the ins and outs, so i havent found anything i would consider a Con. It didn't take long to see the full version would be very helpful to help keep us organized and on top of multiple shows. Pros As a new user of the app, I was able to quickly get up to speed on the platform. The ease of use is A+. I also like that multiple people can view, add and update/complete tasks. Cons I'm sure there can be minor tweaks here and there, but I've not come across anything that jumps out. Cons I would like a way to include attachments in the PDF export and a way to upload images into the fields, like including the booth graphics in the booth field. I'd also like a way to create a meeting schedule in the platform in a way that all attendees can view it and multiple people can make edits to it in real time without having to upload and download the excel file. Pros I like having all of the events in one place to manage. Being able to see all of the tasks in one layout and see what the due dates are helps the team stay on track. I also like how I can track our assets. Will help managing where our displays are, etc. Cons I wish it would print out the attachments you include when you are downloading the binder. Cons I wish that the individual tabs in each show didn't require attaching proof or linking someone to the show. I wish I could just go down the list and add notes to each tab.
