### "Your Trade Show Best Friend"

It has made trade show and event planning much easier, having a spot to organize and know where all of our assets are, can keep track of receipts, shipping, and so much more makes all of the things that go into a tradeshow or event so much less stressful.

Pros

I love that with ExhibitDay I can easily manage tradeshow tasks and know exactly what I have for inventory without having to check the marketing closet, which is especially convenient for my coworkers out of different locations.

Cons

The only thing I can think of that ExhibitDay could improve on would be some type of app for smartphone or tablet users that could send notifications for tasks and what not.

I stumbled upon ExhibitDay two years ago. I currently manage over 90 events and exhibit annually. We used the free version to test the platform and have just moved to the Enterprise version with full functionality. Now everyone in the organization can check ExhibitDay as opposed to reaching out to the marketing department. It is a very handy tool and I still continue to see the advantages.

Pros

The total functionality of being able to keep all event related information in one platform that is easily shared with the entire organization.

Cons

Would like to be able to customize appearance of the platform. It would be good to be able to update graphics and look.

### "Many Uses Beyond Being an Exhibitor"

My overall experience has been wonderful. The demo we received was very in depth, informational, and allowed us to hit the ground running so we could determine if this software was the right tool for us.

Pros

I liked how easy it was to customize each individual tabbed section so that it better fit my needs. My sole purpose of using ExhibitDay is to track the conferences my company attends and sponsorships to which we donate/participate. Because ExhibitDay is so customizable, I can cater it to fit my needs, which doesn't necessarily mean I'm at a booth.

Cons

Some of our conferences are a bit complex and almost contain an event within an event. We are allowed to add an extra section, but only one. I would prefer if we could add multiple sections based on the needs of that conference. For example, I have one large conference that I am tracking, but within that conference, I am also tracking a special event for clients, an awards dinner, and other social gatherings. There is not an easy way to set them up separately within the existing tabs.

It's been great. It gives us total transparency for our global headquarters team so they can see our progress in preparation even with the time difference.

Pros

The fact that it is a platform where you can keep everything for tradeshow planning and prep in one place, and can log into it no matter where you maybe as long as you have a WiFi connection.

Cons

It would be nice to have multiple languages and tutorials especially for foreign employees that do not regularly use the platform but need to see items for larger shows.

Pros

Exhibit day is extremely user friendly. Within minutes of first downloading this tool, it was very clear how to use it. I appreciate how much detail it allows me to enter for trade show and event planning. I also like how I am able to share this with my team and create customized views for each person. This tool had made my job much easier!

Cons

There is nothing I dislike about ExhibitDay, but I do have some ideas for new features to be added. For information like travel reservations and playbook events, I would like to be able to send a notification through ExhibitDay to my team reminding them to fill out information.

I would highly recommend this site/service. We have 22 active users on our account and I can see with one quick look all the tradeshows that we are attending as an organization and can even click on them and see in detail what my teams are doing for each show.

Pros

It is so user friendly. It allows me room to customize. It unified our cross country teams. There was no down time at all, we were up and running the same day we signed up. The amount of event detail/tracking it allows and the assigning of tasks and assets is great.

Cons

The only downside is that it is not inhouse, we had to go to an outside company/site to find a solution, though it does allow you to integrate with your calendars in outlook/google.

Overall it has been a good experience, the features offer a great way to track and share how we are tracking our events

Pros

Working on a small marketing team, it makes tracking events and trade shows very simple. The most useful feature to us is tracking expenses and being able to export an itinerary.

Cons

My biggest complaint is how the staff tool works. We would like to be able to add attendees even if they are not set up in ExhibitDay especially since we are blocked by how many users we can have on our account. There should be a way to add staff via email.

Hi Chris, Thanks for the review. Regarding your comment about tagging attendees who don't have an ExhibitDay account: You can add them as "Resources" to your workspace and tag them as attendees. Under the Premium and the Enterprise plans, you can add Resources to your ExhibitDay workspace. Resources are people you'd like to tag in events, but they don't need an account or access to your data. Thanks, ExhibitDay Support

Overall, very pleased with the ease of use and that all necessary info can be uploaded and then available at my fingertips.

Pros

It allows me to find all the info in one place (providing it was input in the first place). It's easy to use.

Cons

That even though you click "keep me signed in on this device' it still makes me sign in every time on the app. Very frustrating, especially when I'm in a hurry. Also, the font is too small.

Pros

ExhibitDay is a very straight forward program to use for managing events. It is clean and simple and has many practical features. There is no learning curve to using Exhibitday so everyone on the team can use it right away.

Cons

It would be helpful if there was a way to add an event's website, so that ExhibitDay can automatically scrub the date, location, address, etc of the event.

Pros

I like how all costs and expenses can be tracked to calculate event ROI. I specifically like that I can add booth services such as electrical, carpet, etc.

Cons

I think that the UX of the platform could be better. I think the page with all of the shows could be more organized.

I like how simple it is to stay organized with all tradeshows that our company is planning to attend. I love including as much information as possible for each show, and ExhibitDay makes that easy.

Cons

I went to attempt to duplicate an event for 2026 the other day and didn't find it to be super intuitive, so I had to look it up. The answer was easy to find, however, once I located ExhibitDay FAQs.

Overall, I am enjoying using ExhibitDay. I hope with an enterprise membership we can get the areas for improvement taken care of.

Pros

Ease of access to everything for a trade show in one place. I really like the task scheduling and assignment features and being able to see who completed them and when.

Cons

I would like a way to include attachments in the PDF export and a way to upload images into the fields, like including the booth graphics in the booth field. I'd also like a way to create a meeting schedule in the platform in a way that all attendees can view it and multiple people can make edits to it in real time without having to upload and download the excel file.

Over all, we really love ExhibitDay. It helps all our teams align on multiple events and event types, so we are all on the same page and know what everyone it doing at a glance.

Pros

Getting into ExhibitData and getting used to the platform was super easy, and made getting up and running simple for the team. We love the animated "completed" task stars that give a little boost of dopamine for getting tasks done.

Cons

We were really looking forward to using inventory management as part of our upgraded plan, but it was restricted to just one item.

Pros

I enjoy having all the information I need for conferences on one screen and the option to have more detailed information in optional screens if needed.

I would like to have the option to highlight or use different colors to distinguish the fields I mostly use.

Pros

The ease of use for both me and my team. The tag options are great as I can see when my team adds or makes changes.

Cons

Not much, but I just upgraded to the PRO version.

Pros

All of our information in one place for all our shows. So many options to customize to your specific needs. Multiple people can access and have past events to easily guide someone new to see what was done previously.

Cons

I have no complaints so far. I have been using the software for 5 months, but my company has been using it much longer.

Overall, I feel it is very user-friendly, and it has proven to be very useful in the planning of our tradeshows. I like that you can copy events for shows that are attended year after year.

Pros

The organization of tasks and events needed for managing a tradeshow is great. The built-in items match what is needed perfectly.

Cons

You can't export from any subscription package, even free. You can't assign more than one person to a task.

Regarding your comment about the ability to export: you can export all your data to spreadsheet format as long as you are on the Premium or the Enterprise plan.  Also, regarding your comment about assigning a task multiple people: in ExhibitDay, each task can only have one assignee. The assignee is the person responsible for completing the task. If multiple people are collaborating on a task, they can be tagged as contributors.
