Still learning the product, but so far really helpful! I wish there were more resources for training (like videos) but it's pretty user friendly

Pros

How customizable the product is. I can adjust settings to make key points that are important to us most visible

Cons

There is no way to separate budgets. We have 2 different budget buckets and I can't use that feature for any events that fall into the second category

We have had ExhibitDay for only a few weeks. I am still learning every day. I like the clean/simple design and it has exactly what is needed to plan exhibit presence. I am trying to wedge in my other events and so it is not as easy. There are a few names of the budget items I find a little odd. Overall I am enjoying ExhibitDay.

Pros

I like the clean design, flexibility of the order of information

Cons

I wish there was a way to organize an individual event's check list and information. If you purchase the higher tier you can have one event tab added, I would like to see a more flexible event tab that you could create as you need it for meetings, dinners, customer events. I also would like to see on free form tab for writing notes.

I am so glad we got this software, it has taken so much stress out of my life.

Pros

It is easy to use. It keeps all of my events organized and I love that I can attach my documents to each event and assign employees tasks.

Cons

There are some areas to which I wish I could add another attachment, and it only gives you an option for one. It would also be nice to have a calendar view of all events.

In terms of seeing your events in calendar format, you can use the view preferences controls toward the top right of the main events page to switch to the Calendar view. Also, if you'd like to see your events in an external calendar (e.g., Outlook, or Google Calendar), you can sync your events to outside calendars using the "Sync to external calendar..." option in the top navigation bar. I would give our experience so far around an A.

Pros

We go to 7-8 conferences per year, and it gets really stressful keeping up with each one. Exhibit Day allows us to stay organized and keep track of our yearly conference schedule.

Cons

Nothing really at the top of mind. We may not be using it to its full capacity though.

Pros

The easy and organized communication i can have with my coworkers for their individual events. Also how it connects directly to my calendar.

Cons

There could be a way to fix this already, however getting a notification when an event goes from committed to not going.

Pros

I like the ability to see a list of events in calendar list order as well as a calendar view.

Cons

It's been a smooth transition so far with what I've used so far. If anything we could use some of the tabs more and utilize what more your team already offers.

So far it's been great. I think I've collaborated on 6 different conferences within it so far. It's nice to be able to plan events our far in advance to make sure everyone is on the same page.

Pros

Very easy to use and allows me to collaborate on conferences and everyone is able to stay up to date with each others bookings of hotels, airfare, etc

Cons

I've only been using the site for less than 6 months at this point. I can't say I've had any complaints so far.

Pros

It organizes our conference information in one place with travel, personnel, booth schedules, and other custom fields we use for tracking expenses and coordinating within our marketing, sales, and customer success departments.

No complaints - It would be nice to copy over from one year to the next specific conferences that don't change.

ExhibitDay has been a great tool for our company to successfully plan, track, and execute events/trade shows. It is very structured and helps us keep everything organized. Budget is also very important, and we really appreciate being able to attach invoices straight in and having the budget automatically update.

Pros

ExhibitDay is a very structured and organized platform. It provides space to enter whatever custom categories are needed as well as provides an excellent space to keep track of all budgeting needs.

Cons

For our company, our performance is reported on a separate software that is not linked to ExhibitDay. Since my position is heavily revolved around ExhibitDay, it would be nice for that to be tracked in my performance as well. That is a personal company matter though, not one of ExhibitDay.

We are so grateful for Exhibit Day! This program helps keep not only our Event Management team on track, but our extended team as well. We would recommend this product to all Event Professionals.

Pros

One thing we love about Exhibit Day is how easy it is to use! We are able to tag attendees, add in important event details and have the ability to customize who sees what and their editing capabilities.

Cons

It is solely web based. While traveling, it would be much more user friendly if there was an app. Our team is constantly on the road, so trying to navigate Exhibit Day through the web is not the easiest.

Great PM tool for Event Managers. We do so many events annually, it really keeps us sane.

Pros

Easy to use, absolutely no learning curve required. Great fields to remind you not to forget key tasks in your event planning process.

Cons

I am not a huge fan of the way we input event times. I would prefer to type in the times. Similarly, a recent update changed the amount of information you put in for flights, it's redundant and looks like you left fields blank even though it would be redundant to fill them in.

Over it has been good. I with there was more training sessions that just the blog though. Maybe some 1 on 1 sessions with a trainer. I joined a team and I like the program I just wish I knew how to utilize it better.

It's very easy to use and assign tasks.

I wish it was a little more customizable. Subtasks would be a great feature

Easy to use and the customer support has been fantastic. Did an initial group training and we were set to go.

Pros

Easy to use and setup. They give you free access to the software to use prior to purchasing it. The cost is fantastic and has great security software protocols.

Cons

Budgets are all connected. We operate on different business units with separate budgets from one another. Would be nice to have them separate.

Reason for choosing ExhibitDay

ExhibitDay passed our stringent security protocols my company has for software. Easy to use and the price is very reasonable.
