ExhibitDay is exactly what I've been searching for and there's really nothing else like it on the market.

Pros

Staying organized is crucial when planning large corporate events. ExhibitDay is an all-in-one platform for doing just that.

Cons

I'd like to be able to customize the event binder with our company branding but that's not a dealbreaker by any means.

I wish there was more customizable buttons or options, such as adding categories.

Pros

I like that ExhibitDay is user friendly and easy to use. The amount of info our team is able to store in one spot is exactly what we need!

Cons

The cost is a bit high and I wasn’t granted a partial credit when I levelled up plans mid-month, so ended up paying twice in the same month which was disappointing.

Overall we have had a positive user experience with ExhibitDay. It's user friendly and a good hub for all event information.

Pros

It's a great way to organize event information, itineraries, invoices, etc. so that multiple users on the team can find the information if needed.

Cons

There are some features we haven't used, but we enjoy the features we do use!

The task management system is not as robust as I would like. Instead of only simple tasks, it would be helpful to be able to utilize other project planning formats (e.g. a Gantt chart)

Event Managers clearly created this product. They thought of everything. Love having an asset pull sheet, the inventory count, ROI tools, etc. All of it works together seamlessly.

Cons

Wish I could add an attachment under the booth # to include an image of the booth location.
