I haven't had an experience with the customer service team yet. Pros This is the first time I am using this software and if you do any kinds of tradeshows, events, conferences you need this product. You are able to have everything in one place for multiple events every year. Lot's of customization. Cons Initial setup might be too much, but once you get the hang of it some of starts making sense as to why it is set a particular way. Managing logistics for 24 trade shows was a headache in Google Sheets. We tried big name project management systems, but had to over-engineer and highly customize them to meet our needs. ExhibitDay is a perfect fit to help our small event management team work smarter and streamline planning and logistics. We recently added our in-house webinars to ExhibitDay as virtual events, further streamlining our planning process. Highly recommend for small to mid size teams managing events - you'll be glad to get rid of the spreadsheets and use ExhibitDay instead! Pros Initial setup and team onboarding is easy. Lite version offers surprisingly robust features and helped us quickly prove the value of the software. Love the user-level permission controls and the level of detail we can add to each event. It's extremely user-friendly, and the behind-the-scenes staff has been helpful and courteous. Pros ExhibitDay is extremely easy to use and allows for organization of all events in one place. Additionally, it's one spot to gather details for all staff to see, assign assets for trade shows/events and keep track of budgeting. Not to mention, travel itinerary for all. Cons It would be helpful if more notifications were able to be emailed (new additions, changes, etc.) to staff for particular events. I also think the annual cost is quite high for the lowest package. It’s a very organized platform and also a great way to keep track of historical data. Pros I love how you can literally track and easily find all the information you need for your event. I also like how you can add task and people to the event. The budget tracking is also great. Cons I haven’t tried using this feature but I’m not sure it exists- just an overview tab of all upcoming tasks? Is that available? Within minutes of first downloading this tool, it was very clear how to use it. I appreciate how much detail it allows me to enter for trade show and event planning. I also like how I am able to share this with my team and create customized views for each person. This tool had made my job much easier! Cons There is nothing I dislike about ExhibitDay, but I do have some ideas for new features to be added. For information like travel reservations and playbook events, I would like to be able to send a notification through ExhibitDay to my team reminding them to fill out information. We have 22 active users on our account and I can see with one quick look all the tradeshows that we are attending as an organization and can even click on them and see in detail what my teams are doing for each show. Pros It is so user friendly. It allows me room to customize. It unified our cross country teams. There was no down time at all, we were up and running the same day we signed up. The amount of event detail/tracking it allows and the assigning of tasks and assets is great. Cons The only downside is that it is not inhouse, we had to go to an outside company/site to find a solution, though it does allow you to integrate with your calendars in outlook/google. The layout is clean, intuitive, and perfect for keeping track of deadlines, budgets, inventory, and team assignments all in one place. What I love most is that it takes away the stress of trying to juggle spreadsheets and emails — everything I need is right here and organized. The reminders and task management features keep our team on top of upcoming events, and I really appreciate how easy it is to collaborate and share updates. It feels like the platform was created with real event managers in mind. Customer support is responsive and helpful too, which is a huge plus. If you’re looking for a tool that keeps your trade shows and events running smoothly, Exhibit Day is definitely worth using. It’s boosted our efficiency so much, and I honestly wish we had started using it sooner!
