Once you register it’s almost impossible to leave them. They lock you in, lie to you and fool you. I had to report them to 3 government agencies in Australia before they took the hint to cancel my payment plan.Get everything they offer for free on square, and 10x better.Plus every time you’re unhappy about them or ask to cancel, you conveniently get a new account manager. I had 4 in 2 months. All liars and cheats. If you’re a business in Australia, I pray you see this review soon & protect yourself.

Pros

There’s nothing to like about Foodhub, thouch2success are crooks, liars and cheaters.

Cons

I found it hard to use, hard to update the menu and also list stock as unavailable.

There have been no benefits at all. We had over 2200 clients prior to touch2success. Now we have none. Not only were they unable to fix a multitude of problems. When we cancelled our subscription to them they marked our app with a closed for 5 weeks notice. Now any of any 2200 clients who try to order with the app get a message saying we are closed for 5 weeks. They refuse to give us the details of 2200 clients who we had with eatappy before they sold out to this mob. This mob are borderline criminals.

Pros

There is nothing I liked about it. It never worked from the start and still was not working 6 weeks later.

Cons

The way the software would not work. The way the clients could not order on it. The absolute lack of any support. The total lack of any responsibility by touch2success/ The complete lack of care.
