It's all that's needed in such a straightforward application. I wish I had come to it sooner and saved a tone of wasted time with inferior software.
Since I'm a relatively new user, I haven't yet encountered anything that I don't like about the product.
I've been dissatisfied for various reasons with other label software.
When I had a problem, the developer responded to my email with an hour and solved the issue. It has been nothing but exceptional support from day one.

"studying the company label live"
Overall: All in all, it is an excellent company, very complete and delivers great work, which always seeks to innovate for the good of the company and those who will use its services.
Pros: I liked the practicality of how the work is done and the company's concern to make work easier for its employees by making codes easier in different ways and facilitating product identification.
Cons: I believe that the company does not need to put a lot of effort into product designs, and focus on information.

Pros: It was very easy to set up and use, importing from a spreadsheet was a breeze, and the customization and UI for creating labels is very clear and easy to use. The ability to print off so many variables and use data so effectively is a massive boon. Customer support has been amazing in helping me figure things out, including getting a feature implemented that i suggested, and sending me a beta copy to test with.
Cons: There are niche instances of features that i would like to see, but am generally not upset about having as i can bake them in to my excel sheets.

Overall: Has saved me a lot of time and trouble and I love how easy it is to reate bespoke labels
Pros: I like being able to print individual labels on the go
Cons: Working out how to use the software. It's great when you know how but getting there took me a while.

Pros: The ability to design the tag easily was so helpful for someone without any graphic design background.
Cons: Just one small glitch regarding a variable window would not refresh as being empty. So you’d manually have to delete the data so it wouldn’t inherently print on the wrong tag.
