Amount of log could be a contributing factor but still the system should be designed to search the log easily (how search enginees have large amount of data but thier search is super fast). Pros I am on the deployment and end user support side of the Canopy product. It integrates with our software to provide real-time and historical monitoring data for various customers. The setup is fairly seamless for our particular case. Cons At times, the API integration leads us wondering whether data inconsistencies or outages are on our end (with the customer PC) or on data not being received or the server down on Banyan's end.
