The device connects easily, and the app makes log tracking simple. Customer support was quick to answer my questions. Once I got familiar with the features, everything worked smoothly. It’s a solid ELD that gets the job done without any hassle. Pros Setup was quick, and the app is easy to use. The ELD connects smoothly without issues, keeping logs accurate. Pros I've tried and tested a lot of ELD but nothing like TruckX. It's very easy to use and the good part is they provide 24/7 customer service. I recommend TruckX 100%. Cons Some users may take a few days to get used to navigating the new flows and features but once you get to know it it's very smooth. I didn't use their device since from June 2022. I didn't cancel services because thought I will used device. The TruckX charge money automatically without my permission. I call to cancel services because I don't have trucks in my company any more. They told me to return device. I returned device to them without any issue, but when I call to customer service asking about my refund they told me that they will not refund money back because I have to do cancel my service before or after one week when I have date of contract. I read Terms and Conditions for TruckX I didnt find any thing about cancelation and no refund money if I didn't cancel on day of after one week date when I start services with them. I am asking to refund my money back $324. I also asking to speak with manager but manager didn't call me back. Today is second day but manager didn't call me back yet. I hope they will figure out the problem and will be honest and return my money back. Pros I liked that they are very fast pick up phone when new customer calling. Cons The manager didn't call back when need to resolve problem with customer. Reason for choosing TruckX My driver recommended to me TruckX. He told that device is very easy to use. Pros TruckX has a simple to install and simple to use interface which is ideal for truckers. It delivers stable performance with minimal connectivity risks and offers a cheap solution to remain FMCSA compliant. The 24/7 support is awesome, the logbook system is very accurate. It comes with accurate tracking, easy installation, and an intuitive app that makes fleet management hassle-free. There is some room for improvement but otherwise it’s been a great experience and it’s well worth it. Pros The app is very easy to install and the interface of the app is intuitive. Maintenance and compliance notifications in real time are very handy. Plus, their helpful and knowledgeable customer service comes in handy Cons sometimes syncing is problematic with older devices. I’d definitely recommend TruckX ELD to any truck driver who needs a reliable, easy to use device that is low key and efficient. Pros TruckX ELD is super simple to set up and use, and the intuitive app allows me to monitor hours and be compliant with no fuss. I love the real-time notifications, simple logs and easy navigation that make my life as a driver easier. Moreover, TruckX’s customer support is also responsive and responsive when I call. Cons It’s only downside is that in very remote locations the GPS signal might sometimes be slow. That’s a small problem that doesn’t hinder compliance, and it’s usually pretty quick to fix. IIt’s a smooth experience with easy to use design, accurate tracking and good customer service, despite small sync issues. It’s definitely a great product I’d highly recommend to other owner-operators looking for an ELD solution that they can trust. Pros Being an owner-operator the TruckX ELD has made my life much easier. The installation was very simple and quick and I could immediately start working on it. It has a nice easy to follow UI to monitor my hours of service and do it properly. I like mainly the 24x7 customer support, so anytime I need to have some questions, I can get an answer ASAP. The real time tracking lets me be confident in my route and monitoring where my truck is. Cons The one negative that I have experienced is that sometimes the app lags at times, which delays updates. Pros What vo liked most about this logbook is that it was very small, easy to use and it was on my budget. The docking station for the tablet has a key lock for security and spring tab for easy mounting and dismounting from the docking station. Comes standard with 9 pin for the trucks service port. This company is based in Pune India, that’s where the problem begins! Their customer support is absolutely awful and they lie like their trying to sell you ocean front property in Arizona! Pros There is nothing to like, TruckX is the biggest scam on the market! They charged my credit card for $540, even I canceled the service they don't refund my money. They are fraud, stay away from TruckX. Pros I don't like any thing about TruckX. They charged my credit card for not using their Services. Cons They are fraud. They charged my credit card $540 for not using the services and didn't give refund back.
