No longer activitly using because I'm retired. Still work part-time for credit union. Very rarely use unless there is a question on a loan we made that I might need to do some research

Pros

Ease of operation even if you're just starting to use the product.

Cons

Cannot think of any thing that I didn't like

We were using DILLS beginning in 7/2008 up until we switch to the new Allegro platform.

### "Excellent Solution for Portico Credit Unions"

Customer Service is excellent and this has been a highly effective tool for our indirect lending program!

Pros

Allegro has integration capability to our core banking system making booking loans, opening accounts, and funding loans quick and easy. It also gives us the ability to receive applications from multiple dealer platforms so that we can underwrite, communicate, and fund on the same platform.

Cons

There are some screens that are buggy and could use some improvements when you're viewing the digidocs solution.

Great experience. It gets the loans to us quickly on our indirect piece.

Pros

Ease of inputting the information and approving loans on our indirect side.

Cons

Flexibility. It is geared towards car loans or title vehicles. Many of our's are commercial, farm equipment type loans that are untitled.

Hasn't been a good experience. We have chosen to stick with Dills software as it's more easy to use for our needs.

Pros

Can't really say we like the software. We prefer Dills for our needs.

Cons

Software is to busy. Navigation is difficult. Impossible to navigate using a smart phone or tablet.

Ease of use and the amount of information that can be located easily.

Cons

Tabs that have sub tabs within sub tabs was one thing that took some time to get used but now I'm used to it.

Allegro enables us to take more applications in the Intermountain West and Pacific Northwest regions. We use three different origination systems for auto/rv loans, and the Allegro developers tend to be the most agile. Their development turn times are consistently faster than I anticipate.

Pros

Over the last year, we've been building Pricing rules into Allegro. I've been pleased with the turnaround time on new features especially the Rate Breakdown functionality.

Cons

I still have trouble building new Pricing rules. I don't always understand the terminology associated with each variable, and I wish it was more intuitive. I find myself asking lots of questions about each variable. I wish there was an easier way to test new rules outside of the Production environment.

Pros

I really don’t like anything better than the previous platform. We would like the option of using DILLS.

Cons

We were moved over from DILLS. We loved DILLS. We don’t like the layout of Allegro. It takes so much more time to navigate. Some features that we utilized in DILLS aren’t available on Allegro. I am sad to see DILLS go as this made our jobs more difficult and time consuming.

I'm truly sorry to hear that Allegro has not met your expectations. The transition from DILLS to Allegro was a difficult but necessary one. DILLS was very old and wasn't going to keep up with security standards, so we had to retire it. We'd be happy to dive deeper to see what is not working for you and hear what features are missing in Allegro.

I used to use Allegro Lending Suite a lot last year but I now I hardly use it. I love the features and the easy-to-use setup.

Cons

I have no issues with this software. When I used it in the past, toggling between screens and sessions the transactions went smoothly.

Overall experience was very good.

Pros

Everything is pretty easy to see and use, I found it pretty easy to be able to navigate throughout the website and find the specific things I was looking for. I definitely love that it keeps you logged in all day long!

Cons

I really cant think of anything that stood out that I can say I didn't like.
