Pros Ease of use for provider and administrator a like is key here. I have not seen a better more clean solution. Report building, Sharing and Requesting information couldn't be easier. The Task module allows for sharing between multiple staff. Amazing care has been taken for monitoring and tracking at a glance, there are multiple points to quickly identify Missing, Expired or expiring data/documents. Customization is available which have allowed us to put processes in place the system does not have prebuilt in. Cons Integrations with authentication servers (Active Directory or other) has not been verified, I would love to get this feature added so my providers do not have yet another username/password to remember. The dashboard resets to the first provider after updating profile of a provider. This can be a benefit, but in one instance I added the wrong documents to a provider. Now that I know this can happen it isn't a huge issue. Alternatives considered [CredentialMyDoc](https://www.capterra.com/p/151925/CredentialMyDoc/)[Modio Health](https://www.capterra.com/p/158338/Modio-Health/) Reason for choosing Incredable Cleaner and more customizable to my needs. Built-in validation tools are the proverbial "cherry on top". I had started building an internal tool when I found this software. It checked off 98% of the features I was already programming for. I know can create forms and send them over for the provider to fill out. Customer support has also been amazing to work with. Pros Incredable is easy to use, and customizable. I am able to track my information in the system including affiliations, payors and expirables. Cons There is nothing that I did not like about Incredable. Everything has worked to my expectations so far. I understand Incredable is always making enhancements to add more into their software. They are very responsive with questions and it is honestly very easy to use. Pros Ease of implementation and use. It is affordable for me and my small business. Cons I wish the connection of the facility and providers associated were easier to maneuver. I want to click on facility and see all providers associated. Pros The feature that I like most about Ready Doc is the simplicity of the platform. It is very user friendly and if there are any issues, customer support is there to help.
