I love that I can refund a parent with just a click of a button and not have to write a check. I do not have to spend time running to the bank either. Pros Revtrak is very easy to use. It protects me as a Bookkeeper and allows my teachers to spend more time doing things that matter instead of having to receipt parents for field trips or any other monies being collected. We love the QR code! Payment processing is seamless and very easy to reconcile. Refunds are easy. Cons Revtrak is a great tool. It is very user friendly when looking for reports. It could be a little easier to reach out to live customer service reps. I can check daily to see if any payments have been made. When I am balancing month end, the reports are wonderful. It puts all the information right at your fingertips. It's a great program to have. Pros I like the convience for parents to make online payments. I really like the reports that I can run on the management side. The reports are easy to understand and gives lots of useful information. Cons There is nothing that I have found that I don't like about Revtrak. If I have to come up with something. Then perhaps an email alert would be useful. If a payment has been made on a student's account, then it could send a n email to let you know. I have used customer support to help build items and they have been extremely helpful. Pros I like the ease of completing refunds and processing payments with RevTrak. I also like the way RevTrak can be linked to our student information management system. Cons What I like least about RevTrak are the options for graphics. I would like to see more options and an easier process to add them. It is easy to use. I wish there was an APP for families to use. Pros The platform is easy to use and build items. There is a strong reporting tool available for our schools. Cons n/a at this time, we have no issues that are not resolved easily. The only thing I wish could happen is that there is no default deposit account, and that you are required to choose one when making a item. RevTrak offers solid value because it streamlines school payments and reduces administrative work. The cost is reasonable considering the time saved and the convenience provided to families and staff. Cons They could work of customer service. I feel like I am jumping from website to website to get answers to questions. Since selling to Vanco, Customer Service has gone down hill. We were recently forced to change from Simpliform to Form Builder - horrible roll out. Issues galore and way to long to resolve issues even when we identified the point of error. Not a happy customer anymore! Pros It is relatively easy for parents to use until there is a problem. Then you cannot get support as a parent. Cons Since becoming Vanco, Customer Service is horrible! RevTrak was a great company that cared about their customers.
