I used to call a receptionist and then hope the maintenance person would show up. This system is easy and streamlined to get my repair issues reported and handled asap. Pros I like that I can quickly report a maintenance issue by filling in the online form. There are check boxes so I can let them know how critical the problem is so I can get immediate attention for urgent matters. I can check on the status to see if they are working on it or waiting for parts. I can see how much time is being charged and which tickets have been closed. Cons It is a simple product and I haven't found anything that I don't like about it so far.
