Cons

since the system has been updated working within the system is not as easy - the reports are not as good as what we had in the past - it is not intuitive you have to look around too much for what you want to do

I am a customer that uses Easyworkorders to let the maintenance company know of repair issues. I used to call a receptionist and then hope the maintenance person would show up. This system is easy and streamlined to get my repair issues reported and handled asap.

Pros

I like that I can quickly report a maintenance issue by filling in the online form. There are check boxes so I can let them know how critical the problem is so I can get immediate attention for urgent matters. I can check on the status to see if they are working on it or waiting for parts. I can see how much time is being charged and which tickets have been closed.

Cons

It is a simple product and I haven't found anything that I don't like about it so far.

It works. The design of the interface is not attractive. I like that we have this tool. Clunky design that is occasionally counter-intuitive, but it's a lot better than what we had (which was nothing).

Pros

I like that it works and it organizes my work order requests. I like that it creates a paper trail.

Cons

I can never find the little plus sign! It's too small. It should be prominent how to create a work order. I have no idea, also, how to use this system for routine or preventative maintenance.

It's okay, and it might be better for the administrator, but as an end user who just wants a light fixture fixed, for example, it's a little more complicated than it needs to be.

Pros

There aren't too many ways you can screw up a work order.

Cons

It seemed like it didn't have enough user information when it was created. It looks very clean and easy to use, but you have to hunt for things like creating a work order, instead of having big obvious buttons for people who don't use it very often.

We like the ease of use with easy work order. Its easy to add and manage our new home buyers accounts and service requests. This helps us stay organized.

Cons

I wish we could respond directly back through email to the home owners instead of having to sign in.
