Pros

once you are logged in the rest is more or less self explaining. The features are very focused to the important things for collaboration.

Cons

ease of use is ranked higher than amount of features, which is fine. Maybe in the future both dimensions could be combined.

We are using Ruum for several usecases across different departments and regions, e.g. for - Management of strategic projects and events - Issue Managements in Supply Chain - Onboarding new employees We were able to increase efficiency and transparency.

Pros

Ease of use and learn. Easy collaboration with team inside and outside the Enterprise. Task Management resulting into Gant-Charts with dependencies. Integration to business processes starting the Project Management direct from business applications.
