We've seen an increase in direct bookings. Cons Some of the setting features are a bit cumbersome compared to the last system we used, with a few added steps. But on the whole, its not hard to use, and there are lots of tutorials available, as well as very friendly support staff. Reason for choosing ThinkReservations I chose Think based on the recommendation of other innkeepers, and sales/informational webinar I took. Customer service was a huge selling point. I have nothing but good things to say about Think. I have not had the chance to utilize all that Think offers. Pros This software was developed partially by a B&B owner. Who better to have a hand in its development than by someone in the biz. It is very much like the BE we used for the last 22 years. It is easy to use and I am very pleased with our first year in business. Pros It’s very easy to use and integrates with our website seamlessly. Cons I can’t think of any problems I’ve encountered yet. I recently added a room and the customer service was impeccable. Reason for choosing ThinkReservations I did the research when we were opening our business and all other B and B owners I interviewed used Think. I trusted their experience. They are responsive when I have questions and the staff is knowledgeable. Pros The system connects easily to my website. The customer doesn’t even know they leave my site. It integrates well with OTAs and gives the innkeepers everything they need to manage their day to day operations and reservations. Pros A good reservation system for small business owners in the hospitality industry. This reservation system is easy to use, easy to install and the customer service is solid. Cons You don't have a lot of customizable fields. All changes have to be requested through their customer service group which can take time.
