### "Fabulous Customer Support"

Pros

Multiple customer service / software engineers helped resolve a tricky problem on outdated hardware. They went above and beyond what I expected for such an economical solution.

Cons

The software could be marketed more aggressively. More people need to know how easy and effective that it is to implement.

Pros

Simple and straight forward Supports Linux Permanent license

Cons

Hard to restore a folder or set of folders to s specific date
