I haven’t come across anything else that’s this simple yet still powerful enough to manage my projects, and it’s very cost effective as well. Pros Very easy to use and flexible enough to suit any type of work. It offers plenty of options to manage projects exactly the way I need. Cons Lags a little bit on big projects. nothing else, the program works great and I like that it is cloud based. I hope you will not make this a complex UI by integrating more tools and settings because we decided to choose Instagantt specially because of its simple UI which even non-technical managers also be able to use it easily. Pros I like the gantt chart user interface and its design styles which is well maintained with its great user experience. Cons Log in behavior is seems to be having some defects. When I'm already logged in and after about a day or 2, once I try to visit the gantt chart by my recent links it shows me this browser alert "An error has ocurred connecting to our servers. Please login again or try clearing your cookies". Then even if I try to enter "https://app.instagantt.com", it redirects me to "https://app.instagantt.com/r" and shows the above mentioned same alert. Seems like for me, there's no way than clearing the site cookies to overcome this. I am trying to get approval from my procurement team. However, a lot of non-technical users get overwhelmed by it at first. Personally, I want better portfolio and 'big-picture' features connecting each project together. I use the 'all projects' master gantt view more than anything else. Pros Simplicity and compact nature of data presentation. However, I want a better workload UI and a much better dashboard UI. Overall, the ideas a good, but the execution feels rough and without polish. For example, the member and admin aspects are extremely dated and not user friendly. Cons Lack of UI polish. Lots of menus feel very dated. Several spelling errors and poor English grammar (I would suggest hiring a English copy editor to ensure UI text is consistent throughout).
