"Nice tool for organizing team schedule"

**Overall:** Instagantt is very helpful tool for organizing team schedule. It is also easy to share goals and what needs to be done by when. I love Instagannt!

**Pros:** Easy to edit. especially the re-schedule on the Gantt chart. Easy to share the schedule with my team and relevant department.

**Cons:** No collaboration with MS tools. No function for process automation. e.g. REST API. Am I missing something?

**Switched From:** [Redmine](https://www.capterra.com/p/212445/Redmine/) and [Microsoft Planner](https://www.capterra.com/p/227201/Microsoft-Planner/)

**Reasons for Switching to Instagantt:** UI of MS planner is not friendly. Redmine is complicate to operate.

"Great Software"

**Overall:** I’ve been using Instagantt for the past 8–9 years and plan to keep using it going forward. I haven’t come across anything else that’s this simple yet still powerful enough to manage my projects, and it’s very cost effective as well.

**Pros:** Very easy to use and flexible enough to suit any type of work. It offers plenty of options to manage projects exactly the way I need.

**Cons:** Lags a little bit on big projects. nothing else, the program works great and I like that it is cloud based.
