Aiva helps relieve that stress by making the ititial contact with my leads. They weed out the bad leads and communicate with me about any solid leads. Pros Hire Aiva's platform is simple and effective. Being able to customize the scripts is awesome and the support team is incredible. They work constantly to ensure their service is performing correctly and take care of our requests promptly and professionally. The value is a no-brainer. I don’t like company’s that make a mistake and then decide not to fix it. It was their accounting department that continued to charge me. But some how I do not receive a refund. Pros I love the fact the company canceled my account after two years of using and not getting any results. When I asked them to cancel the account they decided it would be best for me to continue to pay for their service and not give a return. Cons The company is not a good fit for real estate. They continued to charge me for 6 months and when I asked for a refund for charging me when my account was canceled they said they could not issue a refund. Review Source MC Marena C. The customer service we receive is top notch as well. We provide feedback to Aiva as well - and love that they are continually willing to grow from it. The conversations they have are still our 'voice' and is such an awesome tool! Pros The takeover feature (although I'm not sure if this is out of beta yet but it is AMAZING). Cons Nothing comes to mind. If I had to absolutely come up with something it would be that I have to click twice to see the conversation between Aiva and the lead when in the App. But it is still super user friendly. Response time to cold leads is so important, and HireAiva is able to instantly reach out to our leads, and they do so in such a way that it doesn't seem canned. They are able to zig and zag as the conversation adjusts. Also, rep. in the customer success department is responsive, knowledgeable and eager to make changes to help us best convert our leads and fix issues that come up! Pros Our leads are contacted immediately and they don't sound scripted our canned. Plus it integrates relatively easy with our CRM. Cons Sometimes duplicate leads are pushed back to the CRM. Might as well just bought a text drip campaign as that's all they've done. There is 0 follow up from their sales team as to the performance of their service. They just want you to sign up and then forget about you. Pros did really like anything about it, They continue to text contact my leads but I can get any Crm t do that Cons over the time of 6 months 0 contacts were made by phone. Numerous contacts marked as interested even though they weren't. And others marked as not interested even though they were. Ths support staff is very good and respond quickly to any inquiry that I've made. Pros Hire Aiva is the fastest to lead responder available. HA answers lead inquiries with a live person that appears to be part of your Team. The support staff really really allows me to be more productive spending my time on money making activities! Aiva has amazing follow up and removes all of the automation we would typically do ourselves. This saves us time and money. Leads are easy to track and manage in the Aiva system. Cons As a lead management tool, Aiva fits perfectly in our business model. However, we are working with our team to better target our audience with the end goal of hopefully getting better quality leads. Currently, the leads we receive do not align with the business we do in terms of location and price range. We hope to fix this via the ads we run which capture the leads that Aiva is engaging. So the wording they use when they sell you the product that they only charge for valid cells refers to the type of number, not valid as in it is ringing. Cons Get charged for mystery conversations with disconnected phones.
