We are paying users of eZmax and would like to express our dissatisfaction with the most recent update released yesterday. Unfortunately, the new version is less user-friendly and less efficient than the previous one.

everytime afteru pdate it gets more complicated to use, not userly friends. I meant for us to make an ez signe, to upload document gets more and more complicated, you cant drag any more, and you have to 1 by 1 plus.

Good like the user friendliness of the program

The ease of use of the program is beneficial

Cons

Still not completely satisfied with the reports of showing what is useful in certain circumstances, yes there are alot of reports but sometimes which they would show other things together etc

Great customer service/support and training - they don't just fix the problem, they show you how. We switched from another software and would never go back.

Pros

All in one software for real estate brokerages. You can add listings, deals, customize agents/commissions, invoicing and upload/store files so eliminating the need for large printed files. Help is a button away and usually online within 3-5 min.

Cons

Does not offer functions for property management and needs some fine tuning on the fintrac functions. I feel like this is a must in future development and use for larger brokerages. Pricing is reasonable for the program but the storage is additional fees.
