Onboarding was easy, data migration is quick and accurate, and we replaced a much more expensive provider in the process. Cons We have not had any issues yet. You can easily control nearly every aspect of your catalog, orders, and inventory. My only real complaint is that the bulk editing features are limited and doing things in bulk can sometimes frequently require you to wait or depend on a team member to assist but otherwise the service and team are excellent, they are very responsive and typically resolve issues within 24 hrs or less, sometimes we can get issues resolved within an hour or less as well.
