Overall, our experience with Profit.co at Ingenes has been highly positive, as it has enabled us to structure, measure, and align our strategic and operational efforts in a much more effective way. The platform has been particularly impactful in the Innovation & Processes area, where it supports the standardization of processes, tracking of KPIs, and execution of strategic initiatives through clearly defined OKRs. Its ability to integrate performance management, task execution, and strategic visualization into a single platform has improved decision-making and organizational transparency. Combined with reliable customer support and continuous platform improvements, Profit.co has proven to be a valuable tool for driving performance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that strategic goals are consistently translated into measurable outcomes.

Pros

What stood out the most was the strong integration between OKRs, KPIs, and task management, which allowed us to align strategic objectives with daily operations in a very structured and measurable way. The platform is intuitive and facilitates cross-functional collaboration, something critical in Ingenes, where multiple areas such as Innovation & Processes, medical, and administrative teams must stay aligned. The portfolio management module is especially valuable for tracking initiatives at different organizational levels, while the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) functionality provides a clear visualization of performance across financial, customer, internal processes, and learning perspectives. Additionally, integrations with other tools streamline workflows, and the customer support team has been highly responsive, providing quick and effective guidance whenever needed. Overall, it delivers excellent value for money considering the breadth of functionalities it offers.

Cons

She ensured that our understanding was clear, validated the fixes in real time, and followed through until resolution. For a company managing structured OKR governance across distributed teams, this level of responsive technical support is critical. The interaction strengthened our confidence in the platform’s support framework and its ability to sustain operational continuity.

Pros

The live support received from the Profit.co team was highly professional and efficient. \[sensitive content hidden\] demonstrated strong product knowledge and quickly understood the root cause of our OKR and Tasks progress check-in issues. She provided clear, step-by-step guidance and ensured the problems were fully resolved rather than offering temporary workarounds. The support experience reflected accountability, ownership, and genuine customer care.

Cons

The support process itself was smooth and effective, with no concerns regarding the quality of assistance provided. However, one functional limitation we identified relates to system capability rather than support performance. Overall, our experience with Profit.co has been very positive. The platform has helped us standardize Goal Deployment/OKRs, improve visibility for leaders, and build a consistent check-in cadence across teams. Beyond the tool itself, a major differentiator has been the Customer Support: the Profit team has been highly responsive and collaborative, the product manager support has been proactive, and the in-app support chat makes it easy to get quick answers and keep momentum during rollout and ongoing use.

Pros

The Cockpit view makes it easy for leaders to quickly see progress, risks, and where support is needed. Check-ins are straightforward to complete, and the platform has helped us move from offline trackers to a single source of truth. Because of these benefits, we’re expanding adoption significantly this year.

Cons

Some areas still depend on user discipline (good naming/SMART wording, consistent updates), so onboarding and governance matter. Also, for large rollouts, bulk updates and admin workflows can still feel time-consuming. The Survey tool within the platform have a great potential.

Fabulous experience, Its a wow experience using the chat option, The executives were couteous and cleared my doubts

Chat Support given by the team, 24/7 connectivity is great, Live support option really helps us and enables us to use Profit.co

Cons

Nothing as of now, as i have just started using the platform haven't found anything which is least in liking about profit.co

Cons

There is nothing that I do not like about Profit.co, it is a great system for managing our OKR framework.

It's great and easy to use. I can control every aspect of the business, I can upload evidences and I can asign tasks to everyone.

Pros

The control on the execution of my business strategy. It's easy to use and all the members of my team are aligned.

Cons

Some of the KPIs or metrics you have to do the math outside the platform. Some functions are not very intuitive.
