**Overall:** The overall support experience was very positive. \[sensitive content hidden\] was attentive, patient, and solution-driven while assisting us with OKR progress check-in related challenges and other system-related queries. She ensured that our understanding was clear, validated the fixes in real time, and followed through until resolution. For a company managing structured OKR governance across distributed teams, this level of responsive technical support is critical. The interaction strengthened our confidence in the platform’s support framework and its ability to sustain operational continuity.

**Pros:** The live support received from the Profit.co team was highly professional and efficient. \[sensitive content hidden\] demonstrated strong product knowledge and quickly understood the root cause of our OKR and Tasks progress check-in issues. She provided clear, step-by-step guidance and ensured the problems were fully resolved rather than offering temporary workarounds. Her responsiveness and structured troubleshooting approach minimized operational disruption for our remote teams. The support experience reflected accountability, ownership, and genuine customer care.

**Cons:** The support process itself was smooth and effective, with no concerns regarding the quality of assistance provided. However, one functional limitation we identified relates to system capability rather than support performance. Currently, there is no available feature that allows super users or management to filter task progress strictly on a department-wise basis under Kanban. This limits executive-level visibility and cross-functional oversight, particularly in a structured OKR governance environment. "Incredible Support Experience! "

**Overall:** Connected via live chat today with \[sensitive content hidden\]. \[sensitive content hidden\] shared with me what they were able too via chat but within a few minutes asked if we could jump on a call to troubleshoot. I was so happy to receive this request! \[sensitive content hidden\] and a colleague, were able to meet with me and met with SUCH PATIENCE! \[sensitive content hidden\] took the initiative to bring assistance and follow up with confirmation for the resolution! Great initiative! Appreciate the help, \[sensitive content hidden\]!!!

**Pros:** The details they allow within the platform. it helps us remain organized and up to date on our follow ups for OKRs.

**Cons:** Unable to connect multiple users via the slack integration. Advised they were working on a system for multiple users.
