It gives us a solid structure for managing OKRs, and the team keeps improving the product. Updates come regularly, and they add real value. Based on that track record, we’re confident that connecting Profit.co to our AI assistants will go smoothly. Pros The customer support is excellent. Responses are fast and thorough, and the team takes the time to understand the question before answering it. We rarely need a second round to get an issue resolved. Cons We haven’t yet been able to connect Profit.co to the AI assistants our teams use, like ChatGPT and Claude, so working with our objectives and key results (OKR) data in those tools still takes manual steps. Profit.co has released a Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector that should close this gap, but the setup is still ahead of us. Hands on training and implementation was very helpful given the flexibility of the system to ensure KPIs were set up properly for tracking. The updating / check-in process is easy to use. Pros The Profit.co product provides solid value for the money spent as well as excellent customer support. We have been able to get our ELT aligned on goal setting for the year and will incorporate the product into our 2027 strategic planning process. Cons The only things I would like to see is the ability to assign actual due dates in the initiatives added in the OKR module as well as the report generation to facilitate smooth transition into google workspace as that is what our company uses vs. microsoft office. We are beginning to use the project tracking in addition which will allow for this. The project management module can be linked back to the OKRs / initiatives, so I think we will find that this will work fine. En Ingenes, la adopción fue muy fluida gracias a su integración con ClickUp, ya que el equipo no tuvo que cambiar su forma de trabajar. We were previously tracking OKRs in Excel and Confluence which made regular updates, accountability, and visibility far more difficult and manual. Profit offers solutions to so many of our previous pain points and more importantly helps us increase visibility to our most important objectives across the entire team so we can really drive improvements and align our efforts across the organization. Being able to add and assign Tasks tied to specific OKRs in the same system has been extremely helpful as well. Pros There are many advantages to using Profit's OKR tool but the primary drivers are that it is simple to use, users can quickly and easily see all relevant information in a single view (Objective, Key Result, Timeframe, Owner, Type of KPI, & Progress at each level plus how their own/other OKRs align with the Department and overall company OKRs), updates are quick & easy from multiple screens, owners receive automated email reminders to ensure they are checking in regularly, and Profit offers hundreds of useful KPIs you can leverage out of the box. Beyond the product itself, the entire Profit team is quick and eager to help you get set up and to improve the product based on actual user feedback with very quick turnaround times for enhancements (not your typical "it's on the roadmap" answer you get from most vendors). Profit takes the time to understand your business needs and then offer solutions on how to best leverage the product to drive your OKRs. Cons Any issues we have faced have been quickly addressed by the Profit team, however, it would be nice to be able to create a new KPI while creating a new Key Result directly vs. having to setup all KPIs prior to setting up your Key Results.
