Pros: RAAMP combines Lease Management, Document Management and Accounting, meaning the user doesn't have to navigate between various solutions, user access points, and reduces any need to re-enter information.

Cons: I like everything about RAAMP; disclosure, I am on the RAAMP team.

Pros: Easy to use menus and views, good support

Cons: More support info will be good, but all good.

Overall: Instead of using QB, Dropbox and spreadsheets everything is in one place, and we can share with each other. We can set notifications so we don't miss important dates and we have saved a ton of time.
