Having information visible is very important, especially when you're receiving update notifications from the other party almost instantaneous via email, this helps avoid having to login into the website over and over. Pros I like GCPay capabilities into being User Friendly and having information organized and straight forward. You want this system to be able to get the job done so that you can move quickly to the next agenda of your work day. It's easy to enter a billing and follow the steps of entering waivers. Then when the GC approves, it's easy to upload the needed documents. It’s very clear and well organized, with all the tabs clearly divided, making it easy to make changes or review information.Sending pay apps and waivers is also quick and efficient, and payments are processed quickly as well. Cons The only thing we don’t particularly like — though it’s not necessarily a drawback — is that we can’t download the pay apps directly from the application.
