I really like how easy it is for anyone to use the app to create a kudoboard. What an awesome way to create good positive culture in an extremely affordable way.
It's awesome to allow our team the flexibility to personalize the kudoboard with gifs, photos, and their own words. The team seems to enjoy receiving them.
I like the features of this software and that it's fairly easy to use. I like that it helps celebrate people virtually, especially during these covid times.
It allows for people to be creative and thoughtful when sending a message to somebody. The other great thing is that you can connect with people all over to have all messages in one spot for someone.
Cons
If the organiser adds photos to the card, these will all appear to be from that one person, instead of from the group. There is no option to change the font style.
Think choosing between the date of delivery and last contributions is a bit confusing.
More background choices, we use wedding, job promotions, and condolence boards. The calendar is awkward.
In the current sate they are now circles that only tell you what the button does if you hover over them. I thought they were just decorations on the board at first and was very confused.

Overall: Overall Kudoboard is a great tool. The ability to make a board feel like a handwritten note is pretty cool, and the ability to add images, gifs etc makes it fun to participate in sharing messages
Pros: ease of use and ability to launch a new project in seconds
Cons: It would be nice to nudge people if there is a target date to complete the kudoboard
