"Effective tool"

**Pros:** I like how visible the platform is. It’s gives opportunity for group recognition and collaboration that makes it enjoyable for everyone.

**Cons:** There is a lack of options and ways to give recognition. The customer service is also not as effective as other platforms

"Great Product"

**Overall:** Very good and very simple to use. I like the interface of the final product and how you can collaborate with colleagues.

**Pros:** It was very simple to create a get well board for a sick colleague.

**Cons:** The interface took me a few minutes to understand, but that's a stretch of a complaint.
