It is a fun way that I like more than a regular handwritten card, and far easier to use and send. Pros I like that you can schedule the delivery of the Kudoboard so you can set it and forget it. Cons When picking a gif, you can't see the whole thing until after you select it to put on your board. But if you change your mind, you have to start the search over again from the beginning. Would absolutely recommend for birthdays, get wells, roll offs, etc. on teams. Ours has loved the connection and flexibility during remote work. Pros Kudoboard is easy, simple, and I like that it gives people the ability to add gifs and backgrounds to suit different team members. Cons I'd love to see an in-between option for pricing (between 10 and 100), as a full yearly membership way too much for team birthdays and the cost per board is high for each individual one we need as our team count fluctuates. The recipients have also loved them and it is great to be able to save the board for the future! More options for posts/ notes. I would like more background options and an ability to filter. I.e. birthday party: I dont want to repeat backgrounds, and i want it to be easy to find certain theme backgrounds. It is unique in it's own way and explorable. Even a naive person would be able to navigate through the features. Pros Kudoboard offers variety of options for the background. It's easy and accessible. As a guest who just wishes to write a post, need not sign up which is attractive. Cons I personally feel kudoboard should have had some more options wrt font and the colour of font! Also a provision to rescale the post, would be helpful.
