Pros Kudoboard is extremely easy to use-- people who have no background in this platform can pick it up really easy, and it's simple to understand. Cons Kudoboard doesn't remember my email or give an option for that, even though I use it pretty frequently. We started using this product because of Covid and it has really enabled my company to stay connected and to show our employees that everyone still cares. We use this for retirements, expressions of loss, congratulations or an employee moving away/to a new job and for each need it has fulfilled it. So we are very happy with this tool and we have recommended it to other employees in different sites. Pros What I like most about this product is how customizable it is. Between the visual design, the flexibility for users to add gifs/pictures/etc. makes it a lot of fun to use. Being able to send the board automatically at a designated time is also incredibly handy. Who doesn't love a good GIF? Cons I can't think of anything I dislike about this software. It would be nice to be able to add an email Distribution List to the recipient instead of individually entering each employee. Pros The ease of use of Kudoboard makes it a great tool to use on an as needed basis. The ability to produce professionally looking personalized is so simple. There are several templates and options to customize your board. I also like the ability to save and print the kudoboard as well. I most like the ability to share and automatically schedule the delivery allowing you to set it up and let it take care of itself. Cons There aren't any limitations for how I use the product. It was easy to get started and begin creating message boards. Pros A wonderful synergy of creativity from our employees created a number of cards. Everyone could contribute to the cards in a timely manner. Loved the status of delivery and opening of the card. Cons More background choices, we use wedding, job promotions, and condolence boards. The calendar is awkward. Usually the week should be Sunday through Saturday. I end up picking the wrong day of week. One recipient wanted to save the board somehow. Not sure how to do that. Reason for choosing Kudoboard Room for creativity, everyone can make them simutaneously. We used to send a card around and not everyone's notes could even fit on card. Reasonably priced. Pros I really enjoy using this product because of its ease of use. I'm able to easily create a beautiful board with content and images and share it with all of those whom I want to participate. The feature to schedule delivery allows me to be hands off once I've set things up. I really appreciate the feedback loop telling me that the recipient has viewed the board. Cons Nothing about the actual functionality I would say are a con. One feature I would love to have are automated reminders asking people to participate. It is very easy to set up and has a nice layout. It saves me time from creating a card from scratch and it is frustrating when you have to combine everyone messages in one card manually. Pros While a lot of companies are working remotely right now, it is a great idea to use Kudoboard for various events including staff promotion, baby shower, retirement and etc. It saves time and it has a many backgrounds and gif for us to choose from. Cons The cost of the software. My team has about 15 employee. The premium board holds from 11 to 100 post. The range is pretty big. When only 15 employees are signing the board, I feel like it doesn't really worth the price. Pros We love having the ability to virtually all 'sign' cards for employees. The team can go in when it is convenient for them to write a nice note and add a fun photo or gif for their coworker. The software is easy to use and allows multiple people to contribute over a period of time. I also like how you can add to the board after it has been delivered. The backgrounds are awesome and the gif selections are perfect! I love that you can record a video or just sent text. Kudoboard is all around a great product. Cons I wish there was a delay in the sending from Kudoboard to the invitees so you can cancel the send and edit the emails. I accidentally included the recipient in a board and saw their email there moments after I sent it...If there was a 10-15 second delay, I could have stopped the send and solved my own problem. I have created several and have received several as well. It has touched me and made me feel supported during the loss of my dad and stepmom. Also, as an admin, I used to buy greeting cards and walk around to get them signed by everyone and this would take time. Using Kudoboard eliminates that entirely. Pros I love the ease of use to set up these Kudoboards. Especially during the time of covid where we are not in the office to sign a card. It is very important to show support for one another for various celebrations and tragedies. This has forever changed the way we show our support and made signing cards a thing of the past. Cons It would be great if you could list more GIFs and pictures. Also, to have the ability to change the color schemes within a template. It's a simple, super fun, inexpensive way to recognize and acknowledge someone. Pros Kudoboard makes it so easy (especially during Covid!) to celebrate a birthday, a milestone, a team, an individual all in one place for a very reasonable price. Multiple people can add and including fun pictures and GIFs is so simple, making the end result fun, easily readable and shareable. We have loved Kudoboard. Cons I can't think of any improvements or additional features we'd like to add to Kudoboard. It's simple but exactly what you want when sending a group card. It has helped a lot while everyone is remote and we can't pass a card around. Plus you can add GIFs and write a LOT more notes so it has great functionality that helps make up some for the fact that people aren't in person right now Cons At first I found the actual method of sending to have more steps than necessary but it's still simple to use. Definitely not a big deal, just had to get familiar with it as it's not just a "send now" button Reason for choosing Kudoboard I don't remember the other website but it was a similar thing with a card someone could put notes on. This helps me schedule the cards in advance, and gives folks the ability to personalize messages with gifs and photos. Waaaaay more exciting than the generic "Happy Birthday \*Name\*" that folks used to sign on the paper cards before. Pros It's so easy to use! Our employees range in age from 20-somethings to 60+ so having an option like this which is super user friendly is important so everyone can engage in a meaningful way. Cons It would be great if I could easily upload an address book, so I can send to my entire company with a couple clicks instead of typing out the address for each card.
