Pros

The ability to track contingent worker engagement and manage invoicing workflows is pretty solid. It really helps our team keep everything organized and makes it easier to approve timesheets and process payments efficiently for our various projects.

Cons

Sometimes the interface feels a bit dated, and navigating through all the different modules can take a bit to figure out. Finding specific historical data occasionally requires more clicks than I'd expect.

Pros

What I like most is the centralized view it gives us for all our contingent workforce. It makes tracking external contractors, their projects, and their costs a lot simpler than before. We can quickly see who's working on what, making sure we're compliant with various regulations. And it helps get the whole process from requisition to offboarding done more efficiently, which saves our team a lot of time.

Cons

The user interface can feel a bit dated and clunky sometimes. It definitely took a bit to figure out where everything was, and some tasks require more clicks than they should. The initial setup and getting our specific workflows configured felt pretty involved. And the reporting capabilities, while powerful, aren't always the most intuitive to customize without some training.

SAP Fieldglass is a significant opportunity to optimize the management of external personnel and improve operational efficiency within the company. Implementing it has improved compliance and resource management, making it more agile and effective.

Pros

An excellent tool with outstanding customer service that has helped me efficiently manage the acquisition and administration of temporary staff, service providers, and external workers, optimizing processes and ensuring regulatory compliance. It facilitates the hiring of external personnel in an agile, transparent, and compliant manner. This reduces the time and costs associated with contracting suppliers and contractors. This platform integrates seamlessly with other SAP modules, allowing me to centrally manage and have complete visibility of workforce spending and improving my ability to make informed decisions. Daily use of this platform has helped me improve my performance.

Cons

It has a robust training plan to ensure that the recruitment and finance teams understand how to use the platform, which can be quite complex and extensive due to the amount of information received.

Pros

Fieldglass has been extremely disappointing. The platform provides incorrect or outdated support emails, and there is no proper contact number to reach real help. Whenever an issue comes up, there’s no direct way to get assistance, and the system constantly redirects without solving anything. For a tool used by so many organizations, the lack of proper customer support is unacceptable. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Pros

Useful tool for managing site access, we have thousands of workers on site and it is important to keep the site secure.

Cons

Often run into a problem where there are duplicate profiles for workers, which can cause issues and delays in getting access to site

Pros

Fieldglass is easy to use. In my line of work, speed is everything, and I am always able to submit my candidates in a matter of only a few minutes with zero complexity, and no errors. If I do make an error, it's simple to withdraw my candidates to start over. Communicating with the intermediary, managed service provider is a breeze, and I get regular updates/reports telling me the status of my candidates.

Cons

There isn't really anything that I dislike about Fieldglass. If I had to pick anything, I think that it would be the chat log from the client side. I would flip it around so the most recent chat update would be on top instead of at the bottom. It's counterintuitive to scroll to get the newest announcement. But, this is really just nitpicking.

Awful. Working with our client for years we managed to streamline the process for timesheet and invoice approval. Since switching to SAP Fieldglass with Tapfin invoices have been late. It’s mandated to pay a portion of every invoice for access to the system even though the Fieldglass system doesn’t provide needed details for accounts receivable and auditing past due, paid and unpaid timesheets. Support is non existent despite multiple attempts to contact someone at best when reaching a representative you are passed to a email distribution where your concerns are left unaddressed. There have been zero benefits.

Pros

Absolutely nothing. Support was only available for migration to the application. Once migration occurred all other questions pertaining to the application, invoicing, contract renewals go unanswered. No sense of urgency and total lack of care.

Cons

The UI is confusing and statuses of submitted invoices are hard to follow and were never fully explained. Invoices are not paid on time and trying to link paid invoices back to submitted timesheets and submitted invoices are impossible given that the system is not properly updated and no receipts are provided. Invoices go through several consolidated states making it impossible to understand the “submitted date” from which your arbitrary net terms start from. Although payments are never made within the net terms detailed on your master agreement. Sending emails for help to support is parallel to a black hole because nobody responds and questions go left unanswered.
