Considero que es una herramienta de gestión de trabajo que funciona muy bien para cualquier empresa, en especial para Pymes. Es intuitiva, fácil de utilizar, y no requiere de tantos conocimientos sobre IT y programación, que pueden resultar difícil de entender para técnicos sin tanta experiencia.

Pros

Es una herramienta de gestión de trabajo, simple, concreta, adecuada, donde se puede tener un registro claro de lo que necesitamos y el funcionamiento de cualquier empresa. Aparte, la integración de Persat con otros software como Make, es fundamental para avanzar en múltiples aplicaciones que son útiles para crecer en el mercado.

Cons

Faltan posibilidades de filtros en cuanto a los trabajos o equipos que se instalan o mantienen para cada cliente.
